With its 900 sq meters the property on which Villa Balaram lies is more than impressing. It has the largest pool in the area and offers its guests three king-sized bedrooms, each one with a private bathroom, and a spacious living and dining area where cable TV, free Wi-Fi and a DVD playing your favorite music will entertain you through the night. Living Room

Overlooking the large pool, the living area has its own unique signature. Two long rattan sofas with cushions will help you relax and enjoy a good book or some nice music while feeling the evening breeze on your skin. Two cushioned chairs and two stools provide seating for even more people. The open space with a view right to the big gazebo and the beautifully lit at night swimming pool brings you closer to the tropical heaven which Villa Balaram proudly holds.

Dining Room

The dining area of this villa is closely situated next to the living area, under the roof of one of the 4 separate buildings in the property. Divided into two the dining area gives you the opportunity to choose between elegance and simplicity. Long and solid wooden table surrounded by comfortable white chairs bring out the elegance of this part of the villa. On the other side a high wooden table with solid bar stools, next to the marble counter in the fully equipped kitchen, offer you a bit more different feeling – simple and a bit raw. The dining area has space for up to 10 people who can enjoy a view to the amazing pool. White tile floors and high wooden ceilings with ceiling fans keep the place cool and breezy.

Garden & Pool

The outdoor area of this villa is what really fascinates. On the large and spacious 900 sq meters you can find a 22 mt long swimming pool – the largest one in the surrounding area. The garden is truly a heaven on Earth – a combination of tropical wonders, ponds and fountains, tall palms and beautifully mowed lawns. Gathering the sun on the sunbathing chairs, or just enjoying the view over the turquoise waters of the pool from the king size gazebo – you decide how to spend you sun soaked afternoon.

Three of the four buildings of Villa Balaram house beautiful and intimate bedrooms overlooking the large swimming pool. King-size beds are to be found in every air-conditioned bedroom inviting you to take a nap in the fresh white linen sheets. A flat TV and a writing desk where free Wi-Fi can be used are just some of the extras. All three bedrooms are decorated with modern taste in combination with the traditional Balinese art that can be found in every room. But what brings out the comfort of these parts of the villa are the private garden bathrooms for each and every bedroom. Have a nice bubble bath right in the middle of the tropical garden or take a shower under the early morning sun.

Villa Balaram’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
