Villa Banyu’s open-sided living room is directly connected to water garden, with stepping stones connecting the room to other parts of the villa. The living room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa with soft sea foam blue cushions.

Located in the same open-sided pavilion, Villa Banyu’s wooden dining table can seat up to 10 guests. Villa Banyu also includes a fully equipped kitchen.

Villa Banyu is a four-bedroom villa that’s built into separate pavilion over the villa’s water gardens, with stepping stones connecting the different areas. The setting is gorgeous, but the open water features are something to discover if you are travelling with young children.

Villa Banyu’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping

The villa is located in a quiet street just around the corner from Eat Street: a 400-metre stroll from your doorstep will bring you Red Carpet Champagne Bar and La Favela. Seminyak Square shopping complex is also within a 10-minute walk from Villa Banyu. The villa is located within a 15-minute walk from Petitenget Beach (or just a short five-minute drive). Villa Banyu is located about 30 minutes from the airport.

We had a fabulous 7 nights at Villa Banyu. The villa is situated close to the shops and a 10 minute walk to eat street – which is buzzing with a variety of restaurants. It was exactly like the pictures and Naba and his team were welcoming, kind and eager to advise on things to do in the area. Naba arranged a driver to take us out on day trips and suggested good restaurants and beaches clubs. The rooms were clean and the breakfast smoothie bowls were delicious! We had the chef prepare a seafood BBQ for one of our dinners which we really enjoyed. The team in the office were also really helpful and quick to respond to queries. I would definitely recommend Villa Banyu and the Ministry of Villas team.

“An Wonderful Relaxing Family Holiday”
Our family of six (4 young adults 18-21) just experienced a wonderfully relaxing and fun week at Villa Banyu. We so enjoyed the lovely staff that helped make our stay at Villa Banyu so comfortable and enjoyable. Naba and Banya catered to all our needs. They helped organise our adventures, organised taxis, always were happy to offer us advice and options. They were keen to ensure we all had a great stay. Breakfast was a highlight every day, and the villa is maintained beautifully.
The pool was clean and refreshing, we enjoyed playing pool upstairs and listening to music while watching movies, afl on the tv and having some Bintang … made this little oasis a fabulously relaxing spot. The Villa is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Seminyak and we always felt safe walking back from dinner. There are so many great restaraunts within easy walking – the location is fantastic.
To sum up – this place is worth it. Awesome facilities, great location and brilliant staff.

“VILLA BANYU RULES!! – An Amazing Villa in An Awesome Location with Fantastic Staff”
Three friends and I stayed at Villa Banyu in early May 2018, The Villa is awesome, a nice pool, a great upstairs leisure area with a pool table and an awesome open living area where you can just hang out.
The Villa Staff were amazing, we were served an awesome breakfast every morning and any requests were promptly executed. A big thanks to the legends that are Naba and Bayu, they really contributed in making our stay awesome.
The bedrooms were all really clean, well maintained and very spacious.
I have read of some issues about the showers, when I got there the flow was not very strong, when I adjusted the showerhead it worked fine and had no issues with the hot water.
The Villa’s location is amazing, just one short alleyway (very safe to walk down at all hours of the day or night) and you were on one of the main strips of Seminyak.
Would I stay here again, the answer is yes in a heartbeat.

“Awesome Experience at Banyu”
Awesome stay at Villa Banyu! Staff were super helpful with our questions and tips for around the area, organising drivers, picking up food or just whatever you are needing, -especially Naba he was amazing, great english and was super lovely! Rooms were great, a little noisy for the first night, just until you got used to the new sounds of Bali. The pool was great, nice and big for a group, little fresh to start but as we went in peak season it was lovely. We used the outdoor furniture by the pool all of the time, awesome spot to hang out, its just a shame it doesn’t get a little more sun there as we ended up lying on the boardwalk to the kitchen to catch a little bit more sun. 5-10 Minute walk to the main st in Seminyak (Eat street), with shops and restaurants, and about a 20-25minute walk to the beach. It was great to experience something a little bit different than just your usual house looking Villa. We loved our stay at Banyu.

“Paradise in Seminyak”
If you want your own personal sanctuary in the heart of Seminyak and need to house a big crew then Villa Banyu is an awesome choice. It’s only 100 metres from the middle of ‘eat street ” and has 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms plus a pool table when the weather isn’t right. Best of all is your personal butler Naba who is so attentive looking after your every need including cooking a great breakfast every day.
Villa Banyu is as good as it gets.

“Luxury Villa in Central Seminyak”
We holiday in Bali every year and decided to stay in a villa with our adult children and their partners. Absolutely beautifully maintained villa that is exactly like the pictures. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make our holiday a wonderful experience . It was fabulous having our own large pool where we spent a lot of time playing water volleyball or just lazing in. Very close ( 5min walk) to some of the best restaurants in Bali. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.
