The villa itself is a triumph of modern design, with full-wall windows framing the views and colour changing LED lighting helping the property come alive after nightfall. The villa is designed for entertaining, with high-end AV systems, pizza oven, log fire and a collector’s wine cellar ready to get the party started. Perhaps the most striking feature of this four-bedroom designer villa is the water feature running through the expansive property which draws inspiration from the Frank Lloyd Wright designed architectural masterpiece Fallingwater in Pennsylvania.

Villa Cascata is a grand modern villa built over four levels on a scenic hillside, providing ample space for entertaining along with sweeping views of the surrounding natural beauty. Full-wall windows used throughout the property add to the views, as well as flooding the rooms with natural light and adding to the cutting edge feel of the property. A glass elevator provides ease of access across the property.

Living Room

The expansive villa provides ample room for entertaining and relaxing with your chosen companions. The main living room is a stunning architectural space surrounded by full-wall glass on the villa’s third floor. Two velvet sofas and a pair of patterned armchairs sit arranged around a flatscreen TV flanked by an atmospheric, modern fireplace. One floor below there is a TV room fitted with a generous L-shaped sofa and a wall-mounted TV. The villa also features generous outdoor living areas, including the only residential rooftop terrace in Queenstown.

Dining Room

The dining area is a fluid extension of the glass-fronted living room, with a long modern dining table seating 12 guests comfortably. The dining area is followed by a sleek open-plan kitchen with a beautifully presented wine cellar adding to the gourmand appeal of the space. And then there are the alfresco dining venues – and no, that plural is not a typo. After all, this villa is all about entertaining in style. First, there is a covered deck with a 12-seater dining table and a fireplace. Or you can set the table around the teppanyaki dining table and enjoy your meals with a side of amazing views looking out to the mountainside.

Gym

It’s easy to stay active while staying at Villa Cascata – and not only because you’re on the doorstep of some of the best skiing and golfing in the country. This meticulously designed villa has its own compact gym, framed by full-wall windows and mirrors, with equipment including weights and cardio machines.

Spa

Unwind in style after a day spend out on the slopes or the golf green with a stint to the villa’s 10-seater hot tub and adjoining sauna. The hot tub is positioned outdoors, allowing for a truly unique experience.

Villa Cascata has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king-sized bed. Two guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds and share a bathroom between them. The third guest bedroom has a king-sized bed, with a bathroom located across the hall. The bedrooms are modern in their design and each one has a unique colour scheme.
