There’s little reason to venture far from the villa at all, as Villa Chan Grajang boasts two swimming pools, a cinema room, games room, gym and even a putting green! The villa comes staffed with a personal chef and security guards.

From start to finish, Villa Chan Grajang exudes luxury. Living Room

The living room is located on the top floor and offers direct views of the main pool. The room houses a white modular sofa and extends into the outdoor terrace with additional seating.

Dining Room

The indoor dining table is carved from a single slab of wood and can seat up to 12 guests. The villa also has a scenic alfresco dining area for up to 10 guests. The villa has a gourmet kitchen and comes staffed with a personal chef.

Cinema Room

The cinema room features a 120-inch projector screen, Apple TV, Blu-ray DVD player and surround sound system.

Games Room

The games room has a pool table, darts, chess and also features a bar.

Gym

The private gym has free weights, an elliptical machine and rowing machine.

Garden & Pool

Villa Chan Grajang has two swimming pools. The main pool measures at 22 metres and offers amazing ocean views over its infinity edge. The second pool is a seven-metre plunge pool attached to the guest villa. The main pool is surrounded by resort style sun loungers and parasols. There’s also a shaded sala by the pool. One of the most unique features of the villa is the three-hole putting green which stretches out just below the pool. Two putting clubs and golf balls are also available.

Villa Chan Grajang has six bedrooms. All bedrooms have king-sized beds, two of which may be converted into two single beds if needed. There are four bedrooms in the main villa and two bedrooms are housed in a separate guest villa.

Villa Chan Grajang is a six-bedroom villa divided into two pavilions. The main house is spread over three levels. The ground floor houses the gym, cinema room, games room and two bedrooms. The upper floor houses the living areas, main pool, entrance and one bedroom. The master bedroom is housed on the top floor. The second guest pavilion houses two bedrooms and also features its own living room, kitchenette and plunge pool.
