Villa Fifteen commands spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu from its enviable vantage point on the outer edge of Queenstown in New Zealand. The villa is all modern angles and full-wall glass, allowing the sublime vistas to take centre stage no matter where you are in the villa. The living areas offer a perfect spot for drinking in the views, with a modern fireplace to keep you warm in the evenings. The best place to enjoy the scenery, however, has got to be the outdoor Jacuzzi placed outside on the patio, offering the perfect balance between amazing views and luxurious privacy. Villa Fifteen has three bedrooms, all offering the villa’s signature views through generous windows.

Villa Fifteen makes the most of its elite hillside setting by offering sublime views of the lake and mountain range through seemingly endless windows. The generous use of glass across the multi-level property also lends the villa a cutting edge contemporary feel which is further amplified by the curated furniture and elegant styling.

Living Room

The living room is decorated in light natural tones, with generous windows flooding the space with natural light as well as offering sensational views of the lake and the mountains beyond. A light grey sofa is optimally positioned for drinking in the views, with two armchairs offering additional seating. A modern black fireplace and sleek flatscreen TV compete for guests’ attention.

Dining Room

The dining room is a fluid extension of the living areas, with a black dining table surrounded by six chairs offering the villa’s signature views of the picture-perfect lake. The dining area is adjoined by an open-plan kitchen with a statement orange wall adding a pop of colour to the space.

Garden

New Zealand is known for its great outdoors and Villa Fifteen embraces this open-air ethos to the fullest. The indoor living areas extend to an alfresco patio through glass doors which can be fully opened, allowing for the blurring between indoor and outdoor spaces. The patio is fitted with generous lounge furniture perfect for hosting the whole group for a friendly chat. There’s also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue for enjoying relaxed meals with the family. The undeniable highlight, however, is the outdoor Jacuzzi which offers views looking out to the lake while also maintaining privacy – bliss!

Villa Fifteen has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed while the two bedrooms include a queen bed each. The rooms are light and modern in their design with unique pops of colour accentuating each space. The rooms are lined with picture windows offering views of the lake and mountains.

Villa Fifteen features an open-plan living and dining room with a kitchen; outdoor living and dining areas with a Jacuzzi; and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the two guest bedrooms share a bathroom between them.
