Villa Frangipani Living
Villa Frangipani lets guests indulge with the dining room that enjoys expansive views of the ocean as well as the inviting pool. Beach frontage here is an impressive 27m, a feature that few other villas can boast on Koh Samui.
Living Room
Directly in front of the entrance, behind the stunning waterfall-feature, is a stand-alone lounge area with vaulted wooden ceiling and comfortable furniture. This looks out onto the long blue-tiled swimming pool, the lawned garden and out across to the beach and ocean. A large living area filled with artifacts, Buddha images and antique furniture.
Dining Room
The villa’s state-of-the-art kitchen, together with its main dining areas, are found to the front and on the left, overlooking the swimming pool. Meals with family and friends will be unforgettable in this functional and warm luxury setting.
Garden & Pool
The entertainment area has a bar and, like all the other rooms, has authentic wooden wall carvings and traditional ornaments. This whole pavilion has views to the sea at the front and the pool on the left. The villa has the long blue-tiled swimming pool, the lawned garden and out across to the beach and ocean.
Villa Frangipani Bedrooms
Villa Frangipani has five bedrooms. The bedrooms are scattered around the long central pool, with two bedrooms furnished with king beds and three bedrooms fitted with two single beds each.

The first bedroom is located closest to the beach with glass doors opening to a furnished terrace looking out to the beach. The room has a king bed, TV/DVD and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has marble floors, a bathtub, shower and twin vanities.

Villa Manager
Villa Frangipani’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
Miskawaan Villas’ skilled Thai chefs will happily prepare Thai cuisine and Western favourites off their in-villa menu. Breakfast is complimentary every morning until 10:30am. An extensive villa dining menu is provided for guests to use in ordering meals, which is based on set pricing. We prepare the majority of the meals in your villa kitchen. Additionally, if you request other items not on the menu your villa chef would be happy to source them for you and price the items relatively the same as the in-villa dining menu.

Our experience at the Miskawaan villas was exceptional! To start off, all the villas are beautiful and the fact that they are all beachfront makes it so special. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool and grounds were well kept. Most importantly, the staff was just amazing. We were treated with love and care and our requests were always supported. Khun Jaa was extremely responsive and approachable and she made special accommodations for us for all our requests – she checked in with us prior to our arrival and also while we stayed there. Khun Kung and Khun Tai, our Villa caretakers, were thoughtful and made sure we were comfortable at all times. We loved them and so did our little kids. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Misakwaan if you plan to visit Samui.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Miskawaan Villas. The interior and exterior aesthetics were simply stunning, the highlight for us, being the L-shaped swimming pool that was just so good to dip into each afternoon. The villas keep the luxury vibes strong, with a clean and airy feel throughout the property. The ladies, particularly P’ Rung who were at hand to assist us, kept the property spotless throughout the stay and were a delight to communicate with. The food was first class, we dined within the villa each morning and evening, we miss the breakfast already! Our villa, named Waterlily kept a secluded feel, yet it’s within striking distance to the chic cafes and restaurants of Maenam and Bophut Fisherman’s Village… perfectly situated. We particularly enjoyed the easy beach access, as the villa was right on the beach, and the outdoor dining areas, for cocktails of an evening.
Thank you once again for a memorable stay, we look forward to returning very soon.

“Team Frangipani FTW!”
Last week, we traveled with a group of 25 (adults), spread among 3 Miskawaan villas- Frangipani was my personal home base, and it was delightful. Tai, our villa’s manager, and her team, were so kind and friendly, and always available for us. At one point, our unit’s air conditioner failed, I texted Tai about it, and she was back at the villa with someone who fixed it within minutes.
The food was great- I especially miss the fresh fruit and coconut jelly… The staff (at all 3 villas) went out of their way to celebrate 3 birthdays (each a cake, and a bed decorated with flowers). The beach was nice, and couldn’t be easier to access- the water was like a warm salt bath. The pool was also nice.
The massages at Miskawaan were so good. It’s a bit of a trek to the main downtown area (40 minute van ride, which were very easy to set up service for), but there were a few walkable bars and restaurants around, and a night market one of the nights. I want to go back!

“Frangipani villa”
I would come back here any time! The accommodations were beautiful and well kept, the layout conducive to easy group travel while still providing privacy.
The property is beachfront on an amazing stretch of sand. There were night markets, cafes and bars within walking distance and fisherman’s village and chaweng just a short cab ride. All the meals we ate at the villa were a delight. The Morning Glory breakfast dish really something spectacular.
And the staff were beyond amazing and accommodating. Tai, Rung, and their team were so friendly. They went above and beyond to help us learn proper phrases, book massage and transportation, celebrate our birthdays, whatever! Such an amazing time. #teamfrangipaniforeva

“Fantastic accommodation & amazing staff at Miskawaan Villa”
Our group stayed in the Villa Frangipani & it was over the top service, immaculate accommodations, fantastic food & amazing scenery! Everything was beyond our expectations & we would highly recommend the resort. We did a cooking class with the chef, had Thai massages right on our patio, went on a private boat tour & island drive – all organized by our villa manager Dul. It was all excellent & very affordable for what we experienced. It was very hard to leave this luxurious slice of heaven!
