Villa Hasian Overview
With its white architecture and subtle bohemian interiors, Villa Hasian captures the beachy feel of Bali perfectly. Originating from northern Sumatra, hasian is the Batak tribe’s word for “darling” and it is indeed hard not to fall head over heels for this relaxed holiday haven located within a 10-minute walk from Jimbaran Beach. The villa combines colonial architecture with Indonesian details, with light rattan furniture, nautical blue hues and dreamy canopy beds adding a relaxed beach house feel to the mix. Villa Hasian is a great villa for larger groups, with all five bedrooms beautifully appointed with a king-sized bed, TV and an ensuite bathroom fitted with a bathtub and shower. Felina –
My family of 10 (8 adults and 2 children) enjoyed our stay at Villa Hasian. It’s a big property of 5 bedrooms and each couple/family have ample of personal space yet felt cozy.
It’s a beautiful property at Jimbaran along the main vein (Jalan Uluwatu), thus easy to locats and plenty of food / spa choices were just a stone throw away.
The service & hospitality by Ardy and his team were top notch. As we were traveling with elderly and and young kids, there were many (and all sorts of) requests and they did their best to accommodate those requests, making our stay very comfortable, safe and welcoming one.
Our special requests such as in-house BBQ & massages (at additional fee) were also properly coordinated and it proved to be fuss free which was very important especially traveling in a big group.
Property was clean and well maintained with the daily housekeeping and maintenance of the pool.
One thing to take note, the pool goes from a shallow depth of 0.7m and a step away to a drop to 1.9m depth. Would suggest to the management to consider a more gradual increase in depth and to put a life buoy near to pool in case of any unfortunate mishaps.
Would definitely recommend this villa to big group of families & friends.
Thank you Ardy & his team of Villa staff & the team of Ministry of Villas for the wonderful stay.

It’s a gorgeous villa for a couple of families and/or group of friends. Close to the beach, where you will find the restaurants. Booking the villa and pre ordering was easy. Our airport pick up was awaiting our arrival. The villa is close to the airport so that is a bonus, compared to other parts of Bali, where you can be stuck in heavy traffic.
It’s unfortunate that was where our enjoyable experience finished. Our pre ordered drinks were hot when we had requested them to be chilled on arrival. Breakfast was super disappointing. The menu restricted you to order only one item, E.g you couldn’t have a coffee and a fruit smoothie (which is more like cornflakes, yoghurt, milk and fruit in a jar), the sausage that you got had been cut into mini bite size pieces, the food was cold, pasteries were a bread roll (most people would assume pasteries are crossiants and danishes), coffee that was served was instant when there is a delonghini coffee machine in the kitchen but no beans are provided. In all villas we have stayed in the breakfast has been plentiful and you were able to have a mix of breakfast of eggs and pancakes, if you chose
In the smaller villa there is random crockery and no tea/coffee provided but a kettle in there. Also you can’t get wifi from this villa too
The bedrooms are large and each has a very large en-suite. The beds are comfortable and mosquito nets are provided on all beds. The shutter windows make the villa to be a very noisy and doors rattle throughout the night when the winds pick up.
On our final afternoon, there was a rat stuck swimming around in the swimming in our pool. The staff caught it but did not treat the pool. So we were unable to swim on our final day.
The staff are lovely and helpful. They were very concerned when the Earthquake hit and were quick to run tours and evacuate us out of the villa.
If you do stay here, here are some suggestions. You’re better off booking a GRAB car to get around than using the villa car service. There is also a gorgeous restaurant on the Main Street called Balique, definitely worth lunch or dinner there. Buy your beers from the mini mart at the end of the road as they will be cold.
We live as expats in Asia and travel a lot. This is a very expensive villa, for not much in return. We won’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to family and friends.

Kids friendly villa
Very nice decor, kids love the media room with all the books, love to play around in the good size manicured garden and the pool has shallow part that good for kids. Plenty space to hang around or to get privacy.
Last but not least is the friendly staff that assist you with everything. Memorable stay. Thank you Hasian villa.
