Villa Hin Fai is a three-level property, each space – private or communal – a well-appointed paradise on its own. From the poolside living area, to the elegant bedrooms, the epic cinema, and the sunbathing balcony on the top floor; you have unlimited choices on how and where you want to spend your holiday time at the villa. The villa includes an extra bedroom with bunk beds.

Villa Hin Fa is a flawlessly-designed holiday home with both large open spaces as well as intimate private corners. The thematic white/blue interior décor and the all-blue scenery including the pool, calm blue skies and ocean will doubtless leave every guest well-relaxed.

Living Room

The villa has two living rooms, both open spaces with comfy plush couches and flatscreen TVs for entertainment. The central living room is on the main level, adjacent to the pool. It opens out on to the lovely shaded pool deck with another outdoor seating space fitted with stylish rattan-based sofas, mere steps away from the pool. The view from this spot is unbeatable!

Dining Room

A 14-seater dining table is set on the shaded pool deck, offering the best views and lots of fresh air. Right next to the dining area is a barbeque. If guests prefer having your meals indoors, there is an indoor dining area as well. The kitchen is a European-styled affair fitted with top-quality appliances, marble counter tops and a breakfast bar that is ideal for a quick snack.

Cinema Room

This entertainment room, fitted with recliners, a projector, and surround sound system, redefines the term ‘home theatre’. Kick back in your very own 12-person private cinema and be entertained with the latest movies in style.

Garden & Pool

Villa Hin Fa boasts an infinity pool offering even more exquisite views of the Phuket island and seascape. Jump in the spectacular pool for a quick swim, then dry off on the loungers sitting on the shaded deck.

Take the spiralling staircase to the unshaded upper deck where you can enjoy uninterrupted breathtaking views of the ocean on the endless horizon. This space is also perfect for a cocktail drink while taking in the amazing Phuket sunset or an intimate late evening dinner under the stars.

Villa Hin Fa has 8+ bedrooms: four bedrooms with king-sized beds, four rooms with two single beds each and one extra room with a bunk bed. This room is intended as the nanny’s/staff quarters.

Master Bedroom

The two master bedrooms have king-sized beds and feature lounge areas with couches and TV/DVD and a private balcony. The ensuite bathrooms have bathtubs and showers.

Guest Bedrooms

Two of the guest bedrooms have king-sized beds and four rooms have two single beds each. All rooms have a TV/DVD and a private ensuite bathroom.

Villa Hin Fa is an eight-bedroom villa spread over three levels. The eight bedrooms are spread over the three floors. The living and dining areas overlook the pool. The top floor has a scenic balcony ideal for sun baking. The villa is an 8+ bedroom villa with four bedrooms furnished with king-sized beds, four with two single beds each, plus one extra bedroom with a bunk bed.

Villa Manager

Villa Hin Fa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Chef

The villa’s skilled Thai chef will happily prepare Thai cuisine and Western favorites. Chef is available for free from 9am to 5pm (overtime 1000 THB/meal).

Villa Hin Fa is located in Rawai, Phuket. Spend mornings taking walks on the beautiful Rawai Beach, just 1.4km from the villa, or take an evening off to explore the local restaurants and bars at Kata Beach which is 6km away. A 15-minute walk will take you to the serene Nai Harn Lake and beach, one of Phuket’s top attractions. Promthep Cape, located just down the road, offers Phuket’s most amazing sunsets. Phuket International Airport is 49 km away from the villa.
