Villa Iluh is the dreamy Balinese villa you’ve been searching for. Located in the coveted Seminyak neighbourhood in Bali, Indonesia, the villa allows you to experience Bali’s best dining right at your doorstep but still offers a feeling of authentic island life with beautiful views of the surrounding rice paddies. Villa Iluh is built around a large swimming pool which includes a shallow section for the kids and features breezy open-plan living areas decorated with local art and beautifully crafted furnishings.
The villa has six bedrooms, including a twin-bedded room housed in a Joglo pavilion that’s perfect for young travellers. Villa Iluh is part of the Abaca Villas estate and can be booked together with three other villas to create a huge 16-bedroom estate.

Villa Iluh Living
Villa Iluh captures the easy breezy feeling of life in the tropics. The villa is centred around a large swimming pool with open-sided living areas offering direct access to the pool any time you feel like it. The rice paddy views from the first floor are just the icing on the cake.
Living Room
Villa Iluh’s living room has an open-sided layout and offers direct views of the pool and garden. The room is decorated with light natural tones and comes furnished with generous sofas and armchairs and HD television.
Dining Room
Located in the same open-sided pavilion, Villa Iluh’s impressive solid wood dining table can seat up to 12 guests. The dining area is followed by an open-plan kitchen which includes a wine chiller. If all three Abaca Villas are booked together, a huge dining area big enough to accommodate all guests can be set up in Villa Iluh.
Garden & Pool
Villa Iluh’s generous gardens are centred around a large 18-metre swimming pool with a shallow section for the kids. The pool is lined with sun loungers and beautiful Balinese parasols. A large covered terrace between the pool and living room offers a refreshing break in the shade when needed.

Villa Iluh is a six-bedroom villa with bedrooms built around the swimming pool. Five rooms have king-sized beds, with three rooms located on the ground floor and two upstairs. The sixth bedroom is housed in a standalone Joglo pavilion and comes with two single beds.

Villa Iluh Layout
Villa Iluh is a private six-bedroom villa that’s located at the Abaca Villas estate. The villa is built over two floors, with the living and dining areas and four bedrooms on the ground floor and two more bedrooms located upstairs on the first floor. If you’re travelling with a large group, Villa Iluh can be booked together with four other villas to create a 16-bedroom estate.
Villa Iluh Staff
Your stay in Villa Iluh is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Iluh’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Iluh’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Villa Iluh is located in the chic Seminyak neighbourhood in Bali, Indonesia. The villa offers a fantastic location in the heart of the action, but still maintains a feel of the “real” Bali with beautiful views of the surrounding rice paddies. You’ll find many of Bali’s best restaurants, including Metis, Sardine and Barbacoa within a five-minute walk from the villa. Potato Head Beach Club and Batubelig Beach can both be reached in a short 10-minute drive. Villa Iluh is located about 35 minutes from the airport.

Beautiful experience and just as the pictures show
Wow! Abaca Villa is exactly as it looks in pictures. We booked the entire complex for our friends and family. From the moment we checked in we felt special. The staff are so lovely, nothing is too much for them. We needed some of the bedrooms reconfigured and they did it straight away, no issues. We celebrated 2 birthdays at the villa and the staff made a beautiful flower arrangement for us. They loved our kids and every morning made sure there was fresh fruit and pastries for all of us. The cooked breakfasts were fab with a choice of eggs, bacon, sausage, and a choice of fillings for omelets. We hired nannies during our stay and the staff treated them so well, my nanny said she felt so welcome which put her at ease straight away.
The villa was very clean and the staff would work magic every day to make the place look amazing. A lovely bonus is every villa has its own filtered water which is regularly filled up, so we didn’t have to go to the shops for drinking water. Staff were brought in for massages with just an hour’s notice. Nothing was ever too hard to arrange by the staff. Overall a magical experience at the villas and our family is already talking about going back soon! Thank you, Abaca Villas!

Amazing Abaca!!
Abaca Villas are stunning, with 2 incredible pools and communal areas. The rooms are gorgeous and have beautiful outdoor bathrooms. The villa team is amazing, they really look after their guests. A truly special place as BD highly recommended. Look forward to going back.

5-star villa! In a great location
We stayed in the Abaca Villa complex- there were 36 of us in total, and we holidayed in Bali as a celebration of our graduation from high school! Abaca Villas made our stay absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked into the villa we were greeted with a Cold drink and cold towels and felt completely welcome and at home! The staff at Abaca Villas was outstanding, they met every person’s need or want! The staff cleaned each room, made each bed, and put fresh bottles of water in each bathroom every morning! At sunset one of the staff members would ask us if we would like the villa to be set up for nighttime, and so they would turn all the lanterns And candela in around the pool and would pull all the sheets back and turn the lights on in each bedroom!
To say we had an amazing time is an understatement!! Abaca Villas made our graduation even more special!!

Luxury as we love it
We stayed for three nights at Abaca Villas in the villa named Iluh. It is by far one of the most beautiful villas I’ve seen. The swimming pool is incredible and the entire villa is decorated with style and good taste, which definitively contributes to the feeling of “being home”. The villa has 4 rooms and can welcome up to 12 guests. All the rooms have AC amazing beds and private bathrooms.
The team of Abaca took care of our every need during our entire stay. The in-house Chef cooks delicious food whenever you’re hungry and the breakfasts are great! If you are looking to stay in Bali and enjoy the center of Seminyak with an amazing location, close to all the best restaurants and spas in town, you absolutely need to stay at Abaca Villas. Warmly recommend it!

Ideally located, very close to everything (3 minutes by taxi to beach clubs, shops, everything) and very tidy. The personal is amazing and very helpful to organize your days. The villa is not next to the road so you have no noise and you sleep very well. 5 stars deserved!!

“Paradise Found”
We recently stayed at Iluh Abaca villas in a party of 11 and our time there was sublime. The villas are spacious, well appointed and finely detailed with ample room to luxuriate without feeling crowded. Setback off Petitenget, the villas offer a secluded haven overlooking rice fields, that belie it’s proximity to a bustling neighbourhood. There was little need or desire to leave the villa as it it catered to all our needs, with warm and friendly staff, fabulous meals and expansive pool. Absolutely wonderful: We’ll be back!
