Villa Ipanema Living
Villa Ipanema is built over two floors, with the living areas and bedrooms overlooking the villa’s pool and lush tropical greenery. The villa’s design is an appealing mix of ultimate functionality and gorgeous aesthetics.
Living Room
Located at one end of the pool, Villa Ipanema’s living room has an open-sided layout which fluidly connects to the pool. The room is furnished with ample sofas and a LED TV. There is a second lounge area upstairs on the first floor.
Dining Room
Villa Ipanema’s dining table is located in the same open-plan living pavilion and can comfortably seat up to 10 guests. Villa Ipanema features a fully-equipped kitchen furnished with a blender, toaster, oven, stove top and other necessities.
Garden & Pool
Villa Ipanema’s statement piece is the 18-metre swimming pool which includes stairs leading down to the deep end. The pool is lined with sun beds, with a beautifully bohemian gazebo offering a break in the shade.

Villa Ipanema has five bedrooms. Four rooms have king-sized beds and one room has a queen-sized bed. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms are housed upstairs.

Villa Ipanema Layout
Villa Ipanema is a five-bedroom villa that’s built over two floors. The ground floor houses the living and dining areas and three bedrooms. There are two more bedrooms upstairs on the first floor. The villa features an 18 x 3 metre swimming pool.
Villa Ipanema Staff
Your stay in Villa Ipanema is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Ipanema’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Security
There are 3 security guards for the full complex from 3pm-7am daily.
Villa Ipanema Location
Villa Ipanema is located in the Canggu neighbourhood in Bali, Indonesia. The villa is located in a strategic spot right on the border between Canggu and Seminyak, offering easy access to both of these sought-after areas. The closest restaurant (about 100 metres or so) is La Laguna, a beautifully bohemian venue which is beloved by Instagrammers. If you’re travelling with kids, Finns Recreation Club with its water park and bowling alley is just five minutes away by car. Villa Ipanema is located about 45 minutes from the airport.

“5 start – One of the best in Bali”
We stayed here with 10 people for 10 days. The villa is in a fantastic location, a short walk to the beach, and within 10-15 walk along to some of the best spots in Canggu and Seminyak. The staff were fantastic, Putu and the team go out of their way to make you comfortable, from ordering transport to booking day trips and restaurants and cooking a delicious breakfast everyday. The villa amentities are fantastic, great living area and pool. Can’t wait to come back next time!

We had a most wonderful stay in Villa Ipanema. It lived up to and beyond all our expectations and we would have no hesitation in recommending it.
The villa is ideally situated on a quiet side street, yet right in the heart of a little village. We were thrilled with the location, particularly when we saw that all the other villas we had considered were a good taxi ride away from the beach and quite isolated. There was an excellent supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and numerous other shops and lovely restaurants less than 3 minutes walk away. The beach and La Laguna were at the top of our little road. Even though we were right in the centre of things we still felt as if we were in the country it was so peaceful and relaxing In Villa Ipanema, Seminyak and Canggu are a 15 minute taxi ride on either side and having visited both we were even more delighted with our perfect location.
Having a cook/housekeeper was a fantastic idea and most liberating.
Agung, Putu, Iluh and Wayan are a wonderful team who lavished hospitality and loving care on our family. Being greeted with an ice cold cloth and delicious pineapple smoothie when we arrived set the tone for the stay. Each morning we had a different cooked to order delicious breakfast. We just had to write a shopping list of anything we needed for the rest of the day and Putu and Iluh got it. Iluh prepared a wonderful rose petal bath for our daughter and made sure there was always a supply of beers for the boys. Putu and Agung helped organise day trips, visits to spas, Nothing was too much trouble. Even though there was a staff member on duty all day and evening to wait on you hand and foot, you never felt their presence intrusive.
The villa itself was amazing and all the rooms were very spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. The villa has a very sophisticated, yet totally comfortable interior. Amazing touches everywhere, the nightime turndown service, mosquito nets around the beds, fabulous bathrooms. The pool was wonderful too and all the inflatables were much appreciated.
We were so utterly relaxed, spolit and self contained in Villa Ipanema we found it difficult to tear ourselves away to visit the rest of the Island but we did and it can all be managed quite comfortably but allow extra time as the traffic everywhere is horrendous. Not too many Museums to overwhelm and yet loads of sights and activities to sustain us. Villa Ipanema is a very special place indeed. Well done everyone.

Our stay at Villa Ipanema was amazing! Perfect spot for a group of 10 to enjoy the pool and relax in the beautiful open air living space.
