Villa Jepun is a designer 6-bedroom villa. The word Jepun is a Balinese word for the frangipani or plumeria tree that is covering the whole vicinity. The beautiful appearance is completed by a remarkable swimming pool with a swim up bar, broad tropical gardens with waterfalls and koi ponds.
The entry into the Villa Jepun is via a sun-filled curved passage way made of flagstones above the pond, through a life-size wood-coin statue dancing before the water wall, straight leading to the palatial open-sided living pavilion. It is a magnificent first impression!! In addition, there is a luxurious swimming pool framed by two ancient frangipani trees and the presence of acres of teak flooring fringed with palimana stone.

Villa Jepun offers various luxurious facilities such as five air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a private gym that has a spa-room an expansive outdoor living room that looks over the glorious swimming pool and a garden. Villa Jepun is also the only villa to provide an air-conditioned Squash Court in Bali. The master bedroom located on the first floor characterised by a personal relaxation area and a plunge pool. There is ample space as two bedrooms are positioned upstairs while three are down. There is one bedroom with twin beds and four bedrooms with king beds.
Villa Jepun is a unique and modern tropical beach-villa. Natural textures decorate the inside including walls amazingly carved with sandstone or minimalist river stone stacks, old wooden furniture, teak wood and coconut flooring, white teak shutters and iron wood roofing.

We had a girls week away. One word…FABULOUS!!! The villa itself was beyond expectation…just beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt safe and secure the whole time. Its position was great..very quiet but walking distance to everything.
I think it would also be awesome for familys…much better as you have a bit of room to spread around.
Our first stay in a villa and i dont think i would go back to a hotel.

“Fantastic Villa”
Could be the best villa in Bali! It works on so many levels mainly because of the position of Villa Jepun in Seminyak. It’s walking distance to everything including cool shops, restaurants and the beach! It has 5 spacious bedrooms and is great for large groups.
