The living areas have a fluid open-flow layout, with four elegant bedrooms rendered in modern monochrome tones scattered across the property. Villa Kahua offers ultimate seclusion by the mountainside while also providing easy access to the sights and sounds of Queenstown and world-class skiing and golfing. Villa Kahua is an edgy contemporary villa characterised by full-wall windows looking out to the mountains. The mountainside vistas are perfectly complemented by the well-styled interiors which focus on modern furniture, monochrome hues and rugged touches of leather and cowhide.

Living Room

The living room is lined by full-wall glass and crowned by a high lofty ceiling. The room features leather sofas, a cowhide carpet and a modern black fireplace to keep things nice and toasty. Next doors, there is a relaxed TV lounge furnished with more leather sofas, a steamer trunk coffee table and a sleek wall-mounted TV. This space extends to a glass-fronted lounge (which features another fireplace) which can be enclosed when you need a break from the elements or left open when you prefer to enjoy alfresco living.

Dining Room

The dining area is a fluid extension of the living room, with a dark hued dining table surrounded by eight matching chairs. The dining area extends to a fully-fitted open-plan kitchen. For scenic dining gazing out at the mountains, you can set the table outside on the patio where an eight-seater dining table is flanked by a heating lamp and barbecue.

Villa Kahua has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, while the three guest bedrooms have split beds which can be set up as king-sized beds or two singles as needed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have heating units and share the same contemporary décor rendered in monochrome tones.

Villa Kahua features an open-plan living and dining area and kitchen, a TV room, conservatory and outdoor living areas. There are four bedrooms; the master bedroom and two guest bedrooms are located in the main house, while the third guest bedroom is its own unit housed above the garage.

Villa Kahua is located in Jack’s Point at the base of The Remarkables in Queenstown, New Zealand. This is a stunning natural setting surrounded by the mountain range, offering prime access both to Queenstown (about 20 minutes) and The Remarkables and Coronet Peak ski hills (about 30 minutes). It’s also just a short drive to the Jack’s Point Golf Course, making this villa as perfect for city slickers as it is for outdoorsy types.
