Villa Karang Nusa is perched atop a beautiful cliff in Ungasan – Bali, Asia’s number one holiday destination. Overlooking the popular white-sand Pandawa Beach, this villa offers both luxury and class in a serene but activity-filled environment. Though the villa accommodates a maximum of six people, the fun fact is that if you are a larger group, Villa Karang Nusa can be rented together with its neighboring villas in the Karang Putih Estate– Villa Karang Putih (6 bedroom) and Villa Karang Dua (2 bedroom) to make a total of 11 bedrooms, sleeping up to 22 people.

Villa Karang Nusa is a 2-storey exclusive and unique villa. It has a large main swimming pool, just off the master bedroom and two plunge pools next to the other two bedrooms. Staying at Villa Karang Nusa is a dream-come true. There is a sort of modern luxury combined with a touch of traditional Balinese aspects. While the interior decor is simple, there is a splash of color, seen for instance in the colorful cushions and throw pillows scattered around the lounges and bedrooms. This creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The use of alang-alang thatching ensures that the villa remains cool despite the sometimes high Bali temperatures.

The villa’s living room opens into a semi-open dining area with an 8-seater dining table. Just off the dining area is an ultra- modern kitchen which also houses a wine cellar. The master suite is located next to the main swimming pool, so guests have a pool view from this bedroom. The other two bedrooms boast plunge pools right outside their doors, complete with lounge chairs. All the three bedrooms have well-appointed ensuite bathrooms for convenience and comfort. Outdoors is a well manicured private garden that is suitable for small events. A night-time dinner or drinks by the main pool sets an incredibly romantic feeling with that special person. You can also use the villa’s complimentary mountain bikes to explore the scenery!

Living Room

The villa’s living room is an open spacious area with very comfortable white sofas spotting splashy colorful throw pillows. With an LCD TV, iPod dock, DVD player and a stereo sound system, there is no shortage of entertainment as you lounge in this comfortable room. You can also enjoy a glass of wine from the in-house wine cellar, while catching up on the latest paperback romance from the villa’s book library. The room’s low-key lighting sets a relaxing mood for an evening in.

Dining Room

The dining area is just off the open living area, with a large wooden dining table that sits 8 people. Enjoy a sumptuous lunch prepared by the villa’s private cook or the welcome fruit platter as soon as you arrive at the villa. You can also decide to have breakfast out by the pool as you catch the early morning sun. The kitchen is furnished western-style with all the modern cooking equipment and a wine cellar. The addition of a Teppanyaki grill ensures that almost any dish can be prepared in this kitchen.

Garden & Pool

Villa Karang Nusa has a special surprise for you when it comes to the pools. There is one central swimming pool near the master suite and two plunge pools next to the other two bedrooms. Located in front of the master bedroom, the central pool is large with a lounge area complete with sun-beds. The main pool has two gazebos that make for a wonderful poolside breakfast or dinner. You can choose to join everyone at the main poolside for an afternoon of fun and sun-bathing or just lounge by your own bedroom’s plunge pool with a book. The private plunge pools are a perfect place for a romantic midnight swim with your special someone.

Arrange for a small birthday party or any other special celebration in the villa’s private garden. This beautiful garden can accommodate a small group of guests and looks especially spectacular in the evenings when the ground lights are lit.

The villa has three bedrooms; one master suite and two guest bedrooms. The villa sleeps up to a maximum of six people. The master suite has a king-size bed, while the guest rooms have two single beds each.

Master Bedroom

The master suite is a spacious air-conditioned room with a four-poster king-size canopy bed. Located next to the main swimming pool, this room is minimally but warmly decorated with an opulent feel to it. This suite has its own living room, thus adding to the spacious feeling this room gives off. Make use of the 32” LCD TV for late night entertainment. There is also a built-in wardrobe to keep your luggage out of sight. The bedroom’s ensuite bathroom is large with a luxurious bathtub and individual wash basins.

Guest Bedrooms

The villa’s two guest bedrooms have two single beds each. The awesome feature unique to these bedrooms is that they have plunge pools just outside their doors. You can enjoy a magical evening on the private lounge chairs just outside the glass-sliding doors or simply step out for an early morning swim. Although these rooms are air-conditioned, you can decide to leave the wide windows open for an extra late night breeze and not have to worry about mosquitoes because the beds have mosquito nets. In-room entertainment comes in form of a 32” LCD TV in each room, with access to international channels. Both rooms have ensuite modern bathrooms with bathtubs and all the necessary amenities.

Villa Manager

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Villa Karang Nusa is the first villa as you enter the Karang Putih Estate. The estate is located in Ungasan, on the south-western tip of the Bukit Peninsula of Bali, Indonesia. The villa is about 5 minutes away from the famous Pandawa Beach, and only a 25-minute drive to the iconic Uluwatu Temple. For a night out, the popular tourist town of Seminyak is about 50 minutes from the villa. Culture lovers can spend a day at the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park, which is about 10km from Karang Putih. The Bali National Golf Club is also nearby, for golf enthusiasts.
