Villa Katamalee offers all the plush comforts one would expect from a lavish hilltop villa in Phuket. The villa is decorated in light luminous tones, a refreshing contrast to the property’s lush tropical surroundings. The villa’s architecture gives subtle nods to traditional Thai aesthetics, most visibly in the beautifully arched rooftops. The star of the show is of course the fabulous infinity pool which stretches out towards picture-perfect Kata Noi Bay.

Living Room

The villa’s living room offers a wonderful sense of space and light, thanks to a soaring high ceiling and glass doors which frame the room on two sides. The living room is ideally positioned to offer mesmerising views of the infinity pool and the ocean bay stretching out beyond. At the centre of the room are two white sofas arranged around a coffee table, with a nearby daybed in traditional Thai style offering a lavish spot for an afternoon nap. In addition to the five-star views, beautiful art and antiques offer a feast for the eyes at every turn. One floor below, there is a second lounge room, perfect for relaxing with a good movie or your favourite book.

Dining Room

Villa Katamalee’s dining pavilion is located outside on the scenic terrace, allowing guests to dine alfresco while enjoying sublime views of the ocean bay. The dining area can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The villa’s kitchen is located indoors, next to the living room, and offers all the crockery, cutlery and appliances you’ll need to prepare gourmet meals – or perhaps you prefer to leave all that to the in-house chef instead.

Garden

An undeniable highlight is the villa’s 12-metre-long infinity pool, which opens to amazing views of Kata Noi Bay. With turquoise waters framed by tropical greenery and mountainous landscape, the views are surreal in their beauty… and get even better during sunset. You can enjoy the views immersed in the pool or while lounging on one of the sun beds dotted on the poolside patio. Behind the villa, you will find a second, petite pool that’s perfect for kids, framed by a small tropical garden.

Villa Katamalee has four beautifully designed bedrooms. The bedrooms offer a perfect mix of light modern design, artful Thai influences and warm touches of polished wood. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, close to the living and dining areas, with three more bedrooms located downstairs on the lower floor.

Villa Katamalee is a four-bedroom villa that’s built over two levels. The ground floor houses the living and dining areas and one guest bedroom. There are two swimming pools on this level. One is a 12.5 x 4.3-metre main pool and the other is a shallow pool for children. There are three more bedrooms located on the villa’s lower ground floor. Villa Katamalee is located inside the Katamanda Estate which also has public swimming pools for adults and children.

Villa Manager

Villa Katamalee’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the day.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
