Hidden amidst rural rice fields in the trendy neighbourhood of Canggu, Villa Kavaya offers a sophisticated taste of old world glamour just moments from the action. The five-bedroom villa incorporates classic colonial influences and Indonesian art throughout, creating a one-of-a-kind holiday haven hugged by the lush tropics of Bali. Each bedroom is uniquely designed and luxuriously appointed, while the living areas wow with their cathedral-like ceiling and beautifully chose furniture and curios. Surrounded by rolling green lawns, Villa Kavaya’s swimming pool measure at 18 metres long, offering ample space for the whole family to splash around. Though Villa Kavaya archives the feel of a remote tropical sanctuary, in reality the villa sits within a five-minute drive from Pererenan surf beach.

Villa Kavaya’s classic colonial architecture and artful Indonesian interiors feel perfectly at home surrounded by the eternal summer of Bali. The spacious feel of the villa which is exemplified by the sky-high alang-alang ceiling of the main living pavilion is further played up by the generous green lawns hugging the villa’s pool.

Living Room

Villa Kavaya’s living room is a beautiful space crowned by a traditional alang-alang ceiling and framed by glass doors looking out to the pool and garden. The spacious room is filled with handpicked art and curios sourced from across the archipelago, with artful wooden lounges offering ample seating for the whole group and a flatscreen TV offering in-villa entertainment.

Dining Room

Located at the other end of the grand living room, Villa Kavaya’s solid wooden dining table can comfortably seat up to 10 guests, with glass doors allowing mealtimes to be framed by lush views of the garden. The dining area is separated from the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen by a sleek island counter.

Garden & Pool

Villa Kavaya’s magnificent gardens have been modelled after a classic Balinese palace garden, with a serene koi fish pond and the soothing sound of water welcoming guests on arrival. The lush green lawns are ideal for a little fun and play with the family, while the sumptuous 18-metre pool offers a refreshing break from the midday sun. The pool is partially shaded by 150-year old frangipani trees, with coral hued sun beds and parasols offering a choice between sun and shade. At one end of the pool, a bohemian poolside bale offers a relaxing break in the shade while sipping a cold drink on one of the bean bags and daybeds.

Villa Kavaya has five bedrooms. Three rooms have super king-sized beds and two rooms have king-sized beds. All bedrooms are located on ground level, with three bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms in standalone garden pavilions.

Villa Kavaya is a five-bedroom villa that’s built over a single floor and divided into three pavilions. The main building houses the living and dining areas, master bedroom and two guest bedrooms. The two garden pavilions house a bedroom each. Villa Kavaya has large gardens and a 18 x 6 metre swimming pool.

Your stay in Villa Kavaya is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Kavaya’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.

Villa Manager

Villa Kavaya’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Villa Kavaya is located in the seaside village of Pererenan which hugs the trendy Canggu neighbourhood seamlessly. The villa is surrounded by rice fields and a handful of cafes and restaurants. You’re also within a five-minute drive from Pererenan Beach which is slowly picking up but still remains far less crowded than the beaches in Seminyak and Canggu. There are a few cute cafes close by in Pererenan, including Red Salt Cafe and Front Cafe. For more dining options, make the short 10-minute drive over to central Canggu where you’ll have your pick of international cuisine and hipster chic cafes.
