Villa Kinara draws inspiration from traditional Balinese architecture with three standalone pavilions crowned by stunning alang-alang rooftops. The spacious six-bedroom villa overlooks a shimmering private pool and brings you within walking distance of Bali’s most sought-after restaurants and boutiques.

Villa Kinara’s spacious living room includes comfortable grey sofas facing a home entertainment system with a 46-inch flatscreen TV. The room also includes a full-sized billiard table.
Dining Room
Villa Kinara has a generous 12-seater dining table followed by a fully-equipped guest kitchen. The villa includes a separate staff kitchen.
Garden & Pool
Villa Kinara is built around a 14-metre swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. The pool includes a shallow step-in section and there’s plenty of room to cool off in the shade of the villa’s generous decks and verandas.

Villa Kinara is a private six-bedroom villa located next to Villa Kinaree Estate. The two villas can be booked together to create a 10-bedroom estate.
Villa Kinara Staff
Your stay in Villa Kinara is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Kinara’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Kinara’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Villa Kinara is in Seminyak, Bali. The villa is located in a quiet lane and offers easy access to some of Seminyak’s best shopping and dining. Ku De Ta beach club and Seminyak’s famous Eat Street are both less than 10 minutes away on foot. Seminyak Beach is also within an easy walk from the villa. The closest restaurant and convenience stores are within a two-minute walk. Villa Kinara is located about 30 minutes from the airport.

Our stay at Villa KInara for 8 nights with a group of 11, surpassed all our expectations. The villa staff are friendly and were happy to assist in any way they could. It has incredibly spacious bedrooms and very well equipped living spaces and we couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the entire place. It’s situated in close proximity to all the great restaurants Bali has to offer and walking distance to a great little Coffee place, where we would often go for our morning coffee. Thank you all for making our stay in Bali so memorable.

50th Birthday Celebration
10 of us recently spent 5 days at Villa Kinara and I have to say that our stay was exceptional.
The villa is beautifully laid out and very well kept. The spacious living area was perfect for a large group and the lush gardens surrounding both buildings was stunning. The pool is the central focus of the property and the best way to spend time enjoying the entire villa and relaxing with friends and family.
What really made the whole stay so very memorable was the staff. The team of ladies and gents who were on hand to help us with anything we needed, from breakfast every morning to organising cars for us. Always discreet so that you truly felt you were in a private villa but always there if you needed anything.

Villa Kinara is great! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the cleanliness is tip top, and the rooms are very comfortably furnished. All in all, I think it’s perfect for a family getaway.
The villa aside, Would also like to thank the staff at Ministry of Villa. Everything was per-arranged before our arrival. The moment we touched down Bali, everything was ready for us. From transport to the villa, to groceries, to lunch and even the pre-arranged tour… basically, a hassle free trip.

Great Villa with very friendly staff.
Well designed and very charming living area. Kids love the pool and pool table! Floor is slippery so be cautious especially for elderly.
You can order groceries and staff would gladly buy them for you with enough notice. You pay the exact amount as per the receipt.
Rooms are comfortably furnished. Very clean and aircon works well!
If you are lucky you may bump into some friendly neighbourhood cats.
If you need to venture, roads are very narrow. So be aware of traffic. Food cooked by the villa is above average.
The staff keep fans on full speed at night to deter mosquitos.
All in all we really enjoyed our stay there. Truly a multi generation villa for all ages to enjoy.

“Live Beautiful Bali at it’s Finest”
We came all the way from New York to celebrate a dear friends birthday in Bali and Villa Kinara, and its incredibly gracious staff, made what was already a beautiful island, even more beautiful. We were all a little worried that staying in a fully staffed house would be a bit out of our comfort level but everyone was so professional, courteous, and thoughtful, that our worries quickly went away. Food made for us at the villa was delicious. Get the noodles for breakfast!
The bedrooms were private, spacious and well insulated should others decide to stay up into the Bali night. The beach is an easy five minute walk away. There is a delicious restaurant down the road, The Straw Hut, that brews killer coffee in the am and kicks out awesome live tunes on the weekends which pulls in quite the crowd. Easy walk to the beach clubs, shopping areas and beach restaurants. No need for a car. When we come back to Bali, Kinara will be a must have. The home and hospitality made the trip simply amazing.

“Wonderful stay!”
We stayed there in February 2013. We were three families each of them with two kids, i.e. 12 people totally. Everything was really perfect! The location, close to the restaurants and bars of Seminyak, close also to the beaches, one short motorcycle trip and you arrive! However in such a quiet and peaceful area, you believe you are in the countryside…
The villa was really great. It was clean and the workers always available to hep you with a great smile. Thanks to Theodora, Wayan and the entire team that made our trip a wonderful one. The rooms were fully equipped such as the living space. The swimming pool and the pool table really pleased the entire families! Two small things could be improved: one expresso machine for coffee lovers. And it might be interesting to get two additional foldable sunbeds as there is only four available so when everyone wants to lie, there is not enough. Two foldable sunbeds that the team could place in case needed could be a great advantage.
But really you can go in Villa Kinara and you will really appreciate your stay!

“Fantastic Villa – Exceeded all our expectations!”
The villa is a complete gem and surpassed all our expectations. The place was completed in 2012, so everything is in perfect condition. What the pictures don’t tell you is just how spacious the villa really is. We had 12 people in our group and there was plenty of space for all of us. The lounge areas were so big, that the house never felt small and we could have easily fit 20 people there without any problem.
The staff at the villa were great and really went out of the way to give us the perfect stay. From the food pre-stocking, meal preparation, cleanliness and even security staff we were very comfortable and happy with everything about the place. Hopefully, I’ll be able to make it back in the future. Thank you all for a great stay!
