Villa Kubu 1 is a quintessentially Balinese villa – think thatched roofs, cobblestone walls and a lagoon swimming pool hugged by tropical gardens. The rooms are decorated in classic natural tones, allowing the lush hues of the tropics to take centre stage.

Living Room

Villa Kubu 1 features an incredibly photogenic living pavilion with an open-sided layout typical to the tropics. The white themed pavilion is crowned with a thatched roof and furnished with ample sofas looking over the lagoon swirl of a swimming pool.

Dining Room

Villa Kubu 1’s intimate dining area is housed in another open-sided pavilion, offering a lush alfresco dining experience when you choose to dine in at the villa. A compact yet well-equipped kitchen is located right next to the dining area.

Garden & Pool

Villa Kubu 1’s beautiful living pavilion overlooks a gorgeous freeform swimming pool with a shape that mimics the soft curves of a natural lagoon. White sun loungers offer a blissful spot for some tanning, with lush tropical gardens completing this summertime oasis.

Villa Kubu 1 has two bedrooms, both furnished with a king-sized bed. The bedrooms are located side by side in the same pavilion by the pool.

Your stay in Villa Kubu 1 is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Kubu 1’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.

Villa Manager

Villa Kubu 1’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay. Please note that Villa Kubu’s butlers work on a room service basis, meaning they are only present at your villa when requested and not stationed at the villa at all times.

The villa is located down a peaceful street within an easy five-minute stroll from the main street of Jalan Raya Seminyak. This lively strip is lined with countless restaurants, boutiques and spas. You can reach the beach is less than 10 minutes by car or motorbike. Villa Kubu also has its own spa and restaurant.
