Villa Kyah enhances the natural tropics of Bali while embracing modern architecture, finding a balance between traditional and unconventional living. The open-plan layout accentuates the natural light spreading itself throughout the villa creating a sense of peace.
Living Room
The open-air living room overlooks the large gleaming swimming pool and tropical gardens, providing easy access to the outdoor pool area. With the large cozy sofa and great entertainment system, this living room is perfect for relaxing and sharing memories with friends or family.
Dining Room
Enjoy a feast with family or friends at the wooden dining table that sits up to eight. The dining room and kitchen are filled with accents of colour from the red bar stools to the flowers and magnificent artwork on the walls. With a cook on request, daily meals can be sublime. Otherwise, the kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs.

Villa Kyah Bedrooms
With a queen size bedroom off the main living area and two king-sized master bedrooms Villa Kyah offers three luxury bedrooms providing ultimate comfort for up to six guests.
Master Bedroom
Natural light floods the master bedroom through the large glass windows that offer stunning views of the garden and pool.
Both bedrooms are spacious and have beautiful artwork that adorns the walls, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for a Balinese getaway.
Each room has an ensuite bathroom that features a semi-open rain shower, two hand basins and plenty of space to hold your belongings. One of the master bedroom ensuite has a large soaking bath amidst tropical greenery.
Guest Bedrooms
The queen-sized bedroom is slightly smaller in size, but also offers and ensuite bathroom with natural décor and amidst lush greenery. It has two beautiful stone-carved hand basins and a semi-open rain shower.

Your stay in Villa Kyah is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Kyah’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Kyah’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping you didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Villa Kyah provides 24 hours security.
Villa Kyah Location
Villa Kyah is located in a small lane among other private villas, offering a tranquil setting. It is a short walk to the supermarket as well as other cafes and eateries.
It is a five-minute drive to “Eat Street” and a few minutes away from the beach. Catch the sunset at Seminyak Beach, known for its regular Balinese ceremonies and prayers to the Gods or have a sun down drink at the famous beach bars such as Ku De Ta, and Potato Head Beach.

“Clean and Beautiful Villa”
We had an enjoyable stay at Villa Kyah thanks to our helper Putu and her supervisor Erma! It is a really affordable place where you can get tranquility or if you prefer, you can also visit the hustle and bustle streets a few minutes away. The pool was perfect for our activities and kept us occupied all the way! Putu was very helpful in getting our needs met during the stay and she was always happy and friendly as well. Overall a fantastic villa with great services from the staff. We will be back for sure!

“Wonderful Family Holiday”
I have to share my experience with you ! I booked this villa and that was the best choice we’ve made! We were amazed upon arrival, welcomed very warmly by the manager and Putu who stayed with us all this time. Putu was always helping us, preparing our breakfast and doing grocery for us even shes not expected to do it. Shes the warmest and the nicest person I met. Alway positive and happy. I hope you get a chance to have Putu to take care of you and your villa during your stay. All the stuff were very helpful and always available.
My parents were having their 25th anniversary during our stay and they were amazed by what Putu with other stuff did for them. CAKE and beautifully decorated bed and bathtube with flowers. Huge recommendation to this place and we already want to be back here.

Absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Villa Kyah! In a great location if you like to be a bit out of the busy area in Seminyak. Could not speak highly enough of our housekeeper Putu. She was brilliant! Always trying anything she could to assist us during our stay and just such a kind lady. The villa was always kept immaculate and was just gorgeous with the outdoor bathrooms. The manager was there to welcome us and dropped in a couple of times to ensure we were happy and enjoying our stay. Definitely will be recommending Villa Kyah to friends and family and will return myself.

Fabulous place to stay, our housemaid Putu cooked breakfast and provided exceptional service to the family for our stay. We travelled with our 6mth old granddaughter and family. The villa is spacious and kitchen caters for everything.
Stress free in a quiet location only 20kRp taxi to Downtown Seminyak for food & shops. Nearby restaurant & convenience store in the back streets only 200m away with good food.

I stayed with my family of four, and the villa was incredible, exactly like the photos. It takes about 5 minutes in a taxi to eat street in Seminyak. Putu was an absolutely incredible host! “A lovely villa”
6 of us stayed here for 9 days in January. Everyone enjoyed the facilities and we especially liked cooling off in the pool after being out and about for dinner.
