Villa La Sirena offers a contemporary style and modern facility. Maximising its space. The villa consist of two storey building and comes with an open air concept living and dinning area. It is well decorated with stylish modern mixed traditional artworks.
Living Room
The ground floor is featuring a large open style living and dining area facing the small pool. In addition, a comfortable TV area with guest toilet is located in adjacent to the living room.
Dining Room
Just next to the living room is the dining are. It has a small kitchen kitchen and a wooden dining table that can comfortably seat 4 guests.
Garden & Pool
Villa La Sirena has a small plunge pool located in the corner of the villa compound. The pool chairs is a just perfect for relaxing by the pool.
Villa La Sirena Bedrooms
A stylish staircase on the right side of the living leads to the first floor. With no railing it’s not suitable for young children. This level is dedicated for the two bedrooms, comfortably set side by side each with en-suite bathroom. It offers tranquility and privacy with view to the surrounding.

“This villa made our trip! Perfect location.”
We stayed here in July of 2014 and my husband is still talking about it. The map doesn’t quite show how close it is to the beach. The location is absolutely perfect, we walked to everything (KuDeTa, Sea Circus, La Plancha, town, Seminyak Square, etc.) The staff was AMAZING and the rooms were absolutely perfect. We find ourselves talking about this villa on every vacation we go on, we were absolutely spoiled. We won’t even be looking at other places to stay when we return to Seminyak!

Thank you for trying to get the late checkout for us, we really appreciate it. We have had the offer from a friend of ours who lives here to pick us up and take us to the airport tomorrow. We have told Aswan one of our staff this morning so he is aware.

We had a wonderful time – the staff Agung, Agusman and Madi were wonderful. We felt very sad to be leaving them when we came home. Having such lovely staff really took it from just staying in a nice tourist location to feeling like it was our home away from home.
The Villa itself is lovely and in a great location -so close to the beach and a comfortable walk to the shops but far enough away form the hustle of the main roads.
The only slight negatives (if you can even call them that) the towels even though professionally laundered were looking very old and marked. The paint work downstairs and around the pool is getting a little tired and could do with a touch up.
I did have a bad fall in the shower – the tiles are extremely slippery when walking out of the shower.
The most praise I could say would be that if we come back to Bali we would stay there again without a second thought.

“Return to paradise!”
We love this villa and will continue to return here each stay! Very good value, great staff and looks like it has recently been re painted so even though it is fairly new, it never got that tired look! Nothing is too much trouble for the beautiful staff here! They took care of our laundry and replaced the water cooler straight away when it was not working! The best thing about this villa for me is the close proximity to the beach, but it does mean there is a bit if a walk to nearby restaurants or taxis! I have recommended this villa to others who have loved it as well!
Look forward to returning again soon!

“Second time we stayed”
This is the second time we stayed at this Villa, we simply love it. We feel like we are home when we arrive. The staff are fantastic and always helpful. The only thing I would change in this villa is not in the villa itself but in the walkway entrance into the villa. The villa is the 4th house down a long path past villas 1-3, if the other villas ate not occupied antbilisi the lights are off it can be very dark, although we always felt secure having 24 hour security it was more of a comfort aspect walking in the light than a security aspect.
I do think the complex should invest in some permanent timed lighting walking to villa 4. Saying this we will defiantly stay here again, it’s clean, modern and close to the night life in seminyak and the beaches. Thank you Yunie (property mamager) and your staff for a fantastic holiday, again… Till next time. Fabian.

“Perfect Holiday”
I went there with some friends the last two weeks. The Villa is perfect for relaxing and its very close to the beach in a good, clean area. Some Highlights are the pool and an “Open roof bathroom!” The staff is fantastic and so friendly!! The contact to the Manager is also very good an he can organise every Trip you planed to do. It was a wondeful Holiday!!!
