Villa Nilaya Residence is built around an inviting swimming pool and offers plenty of room to relax outdoors. When you need a break from the tropical heat, the villa also offers air-conditioned living areas – a rare treat in Bali where open-sided architecture is the norm.

Living Room

The living room includes an L-shaped sofa facing a flatscreen TV. The room is surrounded by glass doors which can be closed when you prefer to keep the AC on.

Dining Room

The open-plan living room includes a 10-seater dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Garden & Pool

The villa is built around a 15-metre swimming pool surrounded by a generous deck with sun loungers and parasols. There’s also a wooden swing and a shaded gazebo tucked into the garden.

Villa Nilaya Residence has five bedrooms. Four rooms have king-sized beds and one room has two single beds. There are two rooms on the ground floor of the main building and two rooms upstairs on the first floor. One bedroom is housed in a standalone pavilion by the pool.

Villa Manager

Villa Nilaya Residence’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.
