Villa Raj is a beautifully designed tropical villa set right on the beach in Sanur, Bali. The three-bedroom villa has an inviting swimming pool and an adjoining Jacuzzi surrounded by lush tropical gardens. After a refreshing dip in the pool, make your way to the beachfront deck and take in the views of the stunning black sand beach. Villa Raj Living
Villa Raj is spread over two floors with the villa overlooking the vast pool, which is followed by the private deck and beach. The villa’s design includes beautiful antiques and artwork and the lush garden offers shaded bales perfect for an afternoon nap.
Living Room
The living room has full-length glass doors which offer views of the pool. The room is furnished with plush seating and flatscreen TV with DVD player. The décor is completed by carefully chosen antiques and art lining the walls.
Dining Room
The dining table adjoins the living area and sits up to six people next to a tranquil koi fish pond. The villa also features a well-furnished kitchen.
Garden & Pool
Villa Raj has a 12-metre swimming pool flanked by a luxurious double Jacuzzi. The pool is surrounded by green lawns with sun loungers and parasols. There’s also a massage pavilion and shaded bale style gazebo. Guests have access to a 13-metre deck which overlooks the volcanic black sand beach. This beachfront area is shared with the neighbouring Villa Nataraja.

The master bedroom is located on the villa’s upper floor. The room houses a king-sized bed and offers access to a private balcony overlooking the pool. The master bathroom has two separate areas connected by a walkway: one housing a bathtub, shower and twin basins and the other featuring a WC and washbasin.

Villa Raj Layout
Villa Raj has two floors. The first floor houses the living and dining areas and two guest bedrooms. The upper floor houses the master bedroom and bathroom as well as a balcony overlooking the pool. The 12-metre pool is flanked by a massage pavilion and there’s a walkway leading to the beachfront terrace which guests share with the neighbouring Villa Nataraja.

Your stay in Villa Raj is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Raj’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Raj’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Location
Villa Raj is located in Sanur, Bali. The villa is part of the Majapahit Beach Villas estate, which offers in-house spa treatments and dining. The villa offers direct access to Pabean Beach, a beautiful stretch of black volcanic sand favoured by surfers. The villa offers convenient access to the main road of Jalan By Pass Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus Mantra, which connects you to central Sanur and towards Ubud. You can reach Sanur in a 25-minute drive and Ubud in about 45 minutes. It takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes to reach the villa from Bali’s international airport.

We loved our time at Villa Raj – it went all too quickly! We found it a great place to relax, the children loved the pool and two jacuzzis. One of the highlights were the staff – Dewa was fantastic and organised not only most of our meals, but also the car and driver for our days exploring Bali, he even recommended a restaurant in Sanur and booked dinner there for us. Our youngest is 9 months and Dewa couldn’t do enough for him! For a quiet family holiday away from the hustle and bustle, Villa Raj is perfect. A more traditional style villa with large rooms and outdoor bathrooms, with a lovely garden and pool. The only negative would be the beach, which despite being very close was not a place you could spend any time, due to big waves and rubbish.
This was our first time to Bali, but we will be back!
