The lavish six-bedroom villa offers the perfect setting for family holidays of a lifetime – it’s also ideal for hosting weddings and other celebrations. Built around a sumptuous 20-metre swimming pool, Villa Saujana’s classically styled living and dining areas can be fully enclosed, while the six bedrooms are lavishly fitted with LED TVs and ensuite bathrooms. If you’re travelling with a larger party, the five-bedroom Villa Bale Agung is located right next door. Villa Saujana is all about the views. Built on Bali’s coveted clifftops, both the villa and its huge pool offer 50 shades of blue courtesy of the Indian Ocean. The villa combines modern furniture and endless windows with classic Balinese touches such as the beautiful alang-alang ceilings.

Living Room

Villa Saujana’s formal living room is lined with glass doors which can be fully enclosed for air-conditioned comfort. The living room is furnished with four generous sofas so there’s plenty of room to lounge around and relax.  The living room is fitted with a bar incorporating an espresso machine and a wine chiller. Villa Saujana also includes a second chandelier-lit living room as well as a separate TV room.

Dining Room

Located at the other end of the air-conditioned living room, Villa Saujana features two dining tables which can easily seat 16 guests. The villa includes a modern kitchen fully fitted with all the essential appliances.

Garden & Pool

Villa Saujana’s 20-metre swimming pool is perfectly positioned to offer sublime views overlooking the endless Indian Ocean. The pool is surrounded by white sun loungers, with an open-air Jacuzzi hidden a little further away. The villa’s generous lawns offer a picture-perfect setting for clifftop wedding celebrations. There is also a beautiful bale gazebo located close to the cliff’s edge.

Villa Saujana has six bedrooms. Two bedrooms have fixed king-sized beds and four rooms have king-sized beds which can also be set up as two singles if needed. Four of the bedrooms are located on the villa’s entrance level and two more rooms are housed on a lower level by the pool.

Villa Saujana is a large six-bedroom villa built on a scenic clifftop. The villa is built over two levels. The upper entrance floor houses an enclosed living room flanked by a separate TV room. At the centre is a courtyard lined by two bedrooms on either side. To the front is a second enclosed living and dining room. From here, stairs lead down to pool level where you’ll find two more bedrooms. If you’re travelling with a larger group, the five-bedroom Villa Bale Agung is right next door. When booked together, the two villas can host events for up to 280 guests.

Villa Manager

Villa Saujana’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Please note that no fireworks are allowed and event organisers, contractors nor their suppliers are not permitted to park at the front or the villa estate’s entrance. Ministry of Villas can recommend expert event organisers, florists, decorators and caterers so you can focus on relaxing and celebrating with your guests.

Curfews: All external sound systems for live music or DJs must cease at 11.00 pm. Sound checks should not occur before 10.00 am.

Villa Saujana is located in Ungasan in Bali, Indonesia. The villa offers a jaw-dropping location on scenic clifftop looking out into the infinite blue hues of the Indian Ocean. The surrounding area is home to some of the most exclusive resorts on the island, meaning you’ll have easy access to extravagant fine dining restaurants, including The Warung at Alila and Di Mare at Karma Kandara. The famed Sundays Beach Club is also just a 15-minute drive away. The area is hilly and a car or motorbike is essential for getting around.
