The living area is furnished with sofas and coffee table. It is also equipped with plasma TV 42″, DVD-DIVX player, sound system, satellite, ADSL (Cable or Wifi).

Dining Room

Villa Suriya B2’s dining room has a wooden dining table for 8 – 10 guests. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

Garden & Pool

Situated at the centre of the boutique estate, this stylish villa is noticeably closer to the sea allowing guests to listen to the soothing sound of the waves from the plunge pool and extra large terrace.

The bedrooms are configured slightly different with three main bedrooms and one maid’s room.

Master Bedrooms

The signature double master bedrooms are at the front of the villa featuring king-size beds, sea view balconies and spacious bathrooms with whirlpool tubs, one of which also enjoys great views.

Guest Bedrooms

The third bedroom has twin beds that can be converted to a king-size and a private bathroom with shower. The fourth smaller room has storage space, a single bed and shower room ideal for a live in maid.

Villa Manager

Villa Suriya B2’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Patong Beach is only five minutes’ walk away and we provide a complimentary shuttle service to the taxi station for added convenience. The colourful nightlife district, sprawling shopping mall and entertainment are less than 10 minutes away and the stylish fine dining restaurants at Kalim Bay are even closer.
