Yala Lodge Living
Yala Lodge embraces its breath taking natural surroundings with a décor incorporating classic Sri Lankan style and subtle safari influences. The villa is set amidst vast gardens which offer a prime opportunity for marvelling at local nature even without venturing out to the neighbouring national park.
Living Room
The living room is the heart of the villa, with an open-plan layout connecting fluidly to the poolside garden. This breezy space offers blissful respite from the tropical weather, with ample sofas and armchairs offering more than enough seating for the whole group. The room is decorated with curated textiles and artwork giving the room an elegant safari feel.
Dining Room
The dining area is located a step above the living room lounge, with ceiling fans helping to keep the space nice and cool. The wooden table is lined with two benches, with a fully-equipped kitchen adjoining the dining area seamlessly.
Garden
The villa’s four-acre gardens are an event onto themselves, filled with all the flora and fauna people travel to this part of the world to experience. At the heart of the garden, an 11-metre swimming pool sits paired with four white sun loungers offering a prime spot for soaking up the sun in this tropical paradise.
Yala Lodge Bedrooms
Yala Lodge has two bedrooms, both furnished with a king-sized bed and adjoined by an ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are decorated in natural tones with classic furniture, creating a harmonious feel with the surrounding nature.

Yala Lodge is a two-bedroom villa that’s built over a single floor. The villa features an open-sided living and dining room flanked by a bedroom on either side. The villa overlooks a 11 x 4 metre swimming pool.
Yala Lodge Staff
Your stay in Yala Lodge is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Yala Lodge’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Villa Manager
Yala Lodge’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Smooth sailing! The team is wonderful: extremely organised and polite. I spent more time speaking with Nilanthi, she was very professional and approachable. She is a wonderful asset to the company and very likeable. We were spoilt with the meals – as they are included there was always plenty to go around. We love the design too! The open plan design overlooking the pool and gardens. Plus the safari theme is perfect given it borders Yala National Park. It’s the perfect base for guests enjoying a safari. But also for guests wanting something quiet and unique. In short, it has great energy, a marvellous feeling!

We arrived to Yala after a pretty hectic day hiking Diyaluma. The villa was amazing and instantly made us feel like home Rooms and bathrooms were clean and equipped with the required amenities. Mr. Sumedha and his colleague at the Villa were really helpful, prepared our meals perfectly and on time and their service was beyond excellence. Way better than staying in a hotel
This is not our first visit here. As always the staff is very flexible and friendly. The housekeepers, Sumedha and Supun are really nice and went out of their way to make sure we had what we liked and we were comfortable.
Yala Villa is a lovely property, built to open plan and very airy. Well furnished and very comfortable. They have a very comfortable room with an attached toilet and an air-conditioned dorm with 8 beds. There is another toilet and shower as well. There is two more glamping tents with beds.
Our food requirements basic Sri Lankan but was excellent!
It’s 10km from the Yala National park gate, a 20-minute drive. We managed to be within the first 10 vehicles that entered the park, so that’s great.
I can’t recommend Yala villa strongly enough.

Excellent stay
We spent three nights at Yala villa and I must say that everything was excellent. Location of the villa is very convenient for a safari or beach or anything you desire. (Safari jeep drivers pick you up at the villa) The rooms are clean and comfortable. The thing we liked most in this villa as a group of friends, we liked the sleeping arrangements in the dorm-like room, it was so fun for us. The pool is clean and a great place to chill after a safari. The staff is very friendly and attentive to every need. The best thing about the villa is the food. The food is soo good. They even arranged lunch packets for us to go. Would definitely stay here again.

Get wild in Yala starts at Yala villa
Beautiful place perfect for chilling with friends and doing safaris. The staff is really kind and helpful and most importantly the food was amazing. Having a pool in Yala really helps with the heat as well.

A villa like no other
Absolutely an eye-candy atmosphere. From the entrance to every corner, architecture made it so beautiful interior. Such a cool and calm environment, will surely makes your stay a peaceful one. Can’t ask for any better than this in Yala villa. It made our stay a memorable one.
Mr.Praveen coordinated from day one till we leave and even thereafter. The caretaker and the cook was so good human being. The food was so amazing and on point. The variety of food meals and flavors was so delicious.
They arranged a jeep for the doorstep, for us to visit Yala-safari which is very near to the villa. Must visit place for Kirinda temple as it’s very near from the villa too.
Can’t forget the pool as it gave me another level of experience. Clean and very neat rooms and all other amenities.
Had so much fun and a relax stay and will surely come for another stay.

The place was very calm and relax. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Villa consists of an outdoor pool, a big garden, and air-conditioned rooms. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location of the villa was very convenient and easy to go to kirinda beach and safari. The food was really delicious. They arranged a garden BBQ also. Amazing service !!
Cozy place with a nice pool and air conditioned rooms. The dormitory had wood partitions and each cubicle almost felt like a private room, which is great! The aspect enjoyed by all our friends was the service from the amazing 2 staff persons. They were always there to assist you and fulfilled all our expectation without any hesitation. It’s definitely the staff that sets the property apart from the rest.

Stayed with family and friends for two nights. Apart from visiting Yala, visited Kataragama since it was only a 40 minutes drive. Also a very short drive to Kirinda beach too.
