The villa has a unique layout, where pavilions connect through a connecting courtyard. The interiors are calm and contemporary, with an extensive use of local schist and cedar adding a warm and welcoming feel – the glowing fireplace and leather furniture only add to the ambiance. The villa has four bedrooms sharing the same classic décor and beautiful vistas with the rest of the property. Guests have the option of arriving in style as the property allows for helicopter landings.

The villa’s design it at once contemporary and classic, with rich natural materials paired with unconventional shapes and a unique layout where pavilions connect through a shared courtyard.

Living Room

The living room has the warm and welcoming feel of a classic country home, with plush leather furniture paired with stretches of stone wall and of course, windows looking out to the lakeside. Seating is available on beige and green sofas and armchairs, with a cosy fireplace adding warmth and comfort. A second living room is located close by, with an arrangement of plush sofas and armchairs arranged around a stone fireplace, with a flatscreen TV mounted on the wall providing added entertainment when needed.

Dining Room

The dining room is located next door to the living room, with an oval dining table surrounded by white chairs and flanked by an impressive stone fireplace adding a sense of occasion to your each and every meal. The villa’s modern open-plan kitchen is incorporated into the living areas next door. The outdoor areas include a barbecue, perfect for alfresco entertaining.

Garden

Surrounded by some of the most beautiful views you could imagine, Wyuna House offers ample opportunity for spending much of your time outdoors. The generous grounds include vast lawns and ample paved areas, with a barbecue to keep the whole group entertained.

Wyuna House is a four-bedroom villa. The master bedroom has a super-king-sized bed, two guest bedrooms have king beds (one of these is convertible into twins) and one room has a queen bed. The bedrooms are classic in their design, decorated with calm natural tones with generous windows bringing in natural light.

Nestled between Lake Wakatipu and the mountain range, the villa offers prime opportunity for truly getting immersed in the great outdoors. Downtown Queenstown is about 45 minutes away by car.
