Located on the ground floor, Ziva a Residence’s open-sided living room features a huge L-shaped sofa and funky square ottomans facing a flatscreen TV with a DVD player.

Dining Room

Located in the same open-plan living room, the villa’s dining table is followed by an impressive gourmet kitchen.

Garden & Pool

Ziva a Residence features a generous rectangle swimming pool covered in vibrant blue tiles and surrounded by lush tropical gardens. There are sleek sun loungers on the wooden poolside deck.

Ziva a Residence has three bedrooms. One room has a king-sized bed and one room has a queen-sized bed. One bedroom has a king-sized bed that can also be set up as two singles if needed.

Ziva a Residence is a modern three-bedroom villa that’s built over two floors. The master bedroom and living areas are located on the ground floor, overlooking the villa’s private pool. There are two more bedrooms upstairs.

Your stay in Ziva a Residence is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Ziva a Residence’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.

Villa Manager

Ziva a Residence’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Ku De Ta beach club and Seminyak’s fabulous Eat Street are both within a 10-minute walk from the villa. Seminyak Square is also within minutes on foot. The closest restaurant and convenience store are just two minutes away. Ziva a Residence is located about 30 minutes from the airport.
