The living area has a large seating space, beautifully furnished with sofas and cushions along with a flat screen TV. The top floor also has a relaxing lounge where you can peacefully relax reading your favourite book.

Coco Villa Bedrooms
Coco Villa has four bedrooms – three bedrooms located on the top floor while the fourth is positioned on the ground floor, directly facing the garden and pool. All four bedrooms have king size beds, plush cushions and soft linen to ensure a good night’s sleep.
Master Bedroom
The air conditioned master bedroom, located on the top floor has a private balcony and a large flat screen TV, a wardrobe and a safety deposit box.
Guest Bedrooms
All rooms are fully air conditioned and equipped with large wardrobes and a safe deposit box. Beautiful paintings and artistic embellishments adorn the walls of bedrooms. The en-suite bathrooms are semi-open style. There is also an extra bathroom for guests as well.

Coco Villa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Coco Villa is located in Jalan Bidadari II, Taman Mertanadi in Seminyak. The Seminyak beach is a 10 minute drive from the villa. Famous restaurants, nightclubs and luxury spas are in the near vicinity.

- A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking
- Final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival

- Late check out until 6pm can be arranged at half the rental rate (subject to availability)

What can I say about this Villa other than it was PERFECT!!!
The Villa is located a short walk to the Main shopping area of Seminyak and if you don’t feel like walking the staff will call you a “Blue” taxi which costs around $3-$5 to get anywhere from Seminyak down to Double Six. There is a handy convenience store and a really nice café/restaurant called The Sun Shoot (ask for Eric) which we highly recommend (We had a whole Bumbu Bali Suckling Pig) just amazing!
The staff at the Villa were friendly and welcoming – they really make you feel at home and nothing is too much trouble. My daughter hugged Yonix (maid) and was crying because she didn’t want to leave her
I had a couple of very good, reasonably priced massages at our Villa. Although, you can walk around the corner and get one for $8.
The villa is very large and luxurious with great open spaces and air conditioning if required. The bedroom downstairs does have an open bathroom which attracked mosquitoes, but we have sufficient amount of coils etc to combat this.
We had 8 people in the Villa and didn’t feel like we were in each others pockets at all. I can’t wait to organise another holiday next year!!
I’d recommend Coco Villa if you’re looking for a casual, luxe experience in beautiful surroundings with excellent service all round.
