Working with Ministry of Villas

Joining Ministry of Villas is easy, and is free of charge for travel agents. Our travel agent affiliates receive commissions for villa bookings and referrals. We have 1,500+ villas on our books and adding 100 new properties per month – We work with hundreds of agents, affiliates and publishers across Asia and have become the leading wholesaler of inventory. You have instant access to world’s most stunning villas.

Why work with us?

There is a lot of rubbish out there, especially from the sharing economy – we personally inspect and approve every villa and only accept properties that are professionally managed, maintained and meet ‘Ministry Approved’ standards. We ensure the villa appears the same as the images online and basically you know you are getting exactly what you pay for your client.

What services are offered?

All villas have different inclusions. These can range from return airport transfers (guests arriving / departing same flight), Wi-Fi and some are fully staffed including: villa manager, butlers, chef, housekeeping, car and driver and security (may vary depending on the villa). We have chauffeurs and a concierge team on the ground in each country to ensure 5-star end-to-end service and can help arrange any extras guests require.

What is the commission offered?

We offer a commission for agents before the Government tax and services and any bank fees incurred. Please note the tax and services can vary depending on the villa. Do contact our team to find out more about the commission structure.

How do I find options for customers?

Just search our database of luxury villas by location, number of guests, budget, etc. When you find a property that meets your clients’ needs, simply enquire by phone or email (using the contact form). One of our Villa Specialists will answer any questions you have about the property and how to book. Be sure to identify yourself as a travel agent and it’s always a good idea to include your customers’ names to ensure that we can identify them as your customers if they happen to contact us on their own.

Easy search and booking tools

Our unique search tool allows you find villas that perfectly suit your client’s needs, style, bedrooms and personality. Select your own customised collection of villas, and send them to clients. We have detailed information on every villa displayed and real time rates including tax and services.

Can I place a villa on hold for a customer?

Yes. If you provide us with the client’s name we will hold the desired villa for the client for 48 hours. This way if the client comes directly to us we send them back to you or if they go direct to the villa it’s on hold for you and the villa will inform us the client is shopping around. Personal villa enquiries have a 30 minute response time 7 days a week.

Do you have the best rates?

Yes! We will have fully inclusive rates so there are no hidden costs for the client. The sharing economy is riddled with out-of-date calendars, back-and-forth emails etc. – we adapted inventory and channel management software from the hotel sector to this niche so that dates are 100% accurate every time and our partners and customers get the best price guaranteed (our system ensures price parity with OTA’s such as Booking.com, Expedia etc).

How do I book?

If the client is happy to go ahead with the booking, Ministry of Villas we will issue you an invoice outlining the total cost, commission and villa inclusions.

How do we pay for the villa?

If the client pays you directly we will invoice your company by international bank transfer less the commission earned. There are no bank fees added when booking with Ministry of Villas. You can pay from any bank, anywhere in the world. We can accept any of the following currencies: AUD, EUR, GBP, JPY, SGD & USD. Keep in mind our properties are priced in USD so if you pay only the 50% deposit in another currency the balance will be based on the exchange rate at the time of the due date.

Can the customer pay Ministry of Villas directly?

Yes, we can arrange the payment directly with them. You receive a commission via international bank transfer after they check-out if you want us to deal directly with the client.

Who arranges pre-arrival details?

Once the client has booked our concierge will then be in touch with you to arrange their pre-arrival at the villa. Meals for when the guests arrive, pre-stocking the fridge, helping them to arrange baby equipment at the villa, restaurant reservations, special extras, ski equipment hire, ski lessons, day trips and transfers – this can all be done prior depending on the villa the client has booked.

What happens if the customer cancels?

If the client cancels the booking please keep in mind we will need to refund you less the commission. However please read our T&C as cancellation fees apply.

Are there any other benefits for our customer?

A client when staying in our villas will have access to our Ministry concierge 7 days a week. Our team has personally inspected the villas on our site and can answer any questions you have or send through suggestions. The best reason to use our service is it saves time searching for villas and you can be assured that everything will run smoothly for the client’s holiday.

What is Ministry Approved?

All of our villas have been personally inspected and approved by our villa specialists to make sure you client receives what they have paid for. Your clients will enjoy upgrades, additional amenities; return airport transfers and our VIP fast Track service is also available. Finding a property for your clients is easy with Ministry of Villas.
