Glasshouse is a beautiful designer chalet offering an exquisite alpine home in a spectacular cliffside location.
Glasshouse offers a sophisticated designer stay on the scenic outer edge of Hirafu Village in Niseko, Japan. Located in one of the most famous ski towns on the planet, this exquisite chalet offers spectacular views of Mount Yotei from its hillside location. True to its name, Glasshouse’s living areas are lined with windows looking out to the snow. The pièce de résistance is the massive Jacuzzi perched out on the balcony. Glasshouse has five bedrooms, including a fun bunk room for the kids. Positioned on the outer edge of Hirafu, Glasshouse offers serenity looking out to nature while still being close to all the action waiting in the centre of the village.

Glasshouse Living
Glasshouse is a modern luxury chalet offering some real wow factor with its glass lined living areas and outdoor Jacuzzi. With all bedrooms located downstairs, the whole group gets to stay close to each other.
Living Room
Housed on the upper floor, the living room is surrounded my the house’s namesake windows, providing beautiful views throughout. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a sleek designer chair positioned before a huge flatscreen TV. There’s also a Japanese bath on the same floor, surrounded by windows.
Dining Room
The dining area is housed at the other end of the fluid plan living room, with a sleek open-plan kitchen separating the two areas.
Glasshouse Bedrooms
Glasshouse has five bedrooms. Three rooms have split beds which can be used as a king or two single beds. One room has a fixed king bed and one room has a set of bunk beds. All five bedrooms are located on the ground floor.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed (convertible into two singles) and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is a Jacuzzi outside on the terrace.

Glasshouse Layout
Glasshouse is a five-bedroom chalet that’s built over two floors. The ground floor houses all five bedrooms as well as the villa’s ski room and laundry facilities. The upper floor houses the open plan living and dining room and a standalone Japanese bath.
Glasshouse Staff
Your stay is made enjoyable by the professional staff who have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Property Manager
The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.
Location
Glasshouse is located on the outer edge of Hirafu Village in Niseko, Japan. It’s a brisk uphill walk to the main street and the ski lifts, but luckily the free shuttle bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away. There are some great izakaya restaurants in the lower village (about a 10-minute walk or so) and even more options await in the main village which is easily reached by taxi.
