The property is located on Jalan Gang Annisa, a well-known street in Batubelig. The property is also not far from Batubelig Beach and shopping areas. The villas were constructed in the year 2009 and each unit takes up 225 square meters of space. The property is also located in a quiet area far from the city noises surrounded by green rice paddy fields.
