Baan Laemson 1 lies at the tip of an imposing peninsula, offering views overlooking Kamala Bay and over to the Andaman Sea in Phuket. The spacious villa has 6 bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 people (10 adults 2 children). The villa’s lavish features include a cinema room, infinity pool and a dining pavilion with sweeping 275-degree vistas of the Andaman Sea.

Living Room

The spacious living room offers an ample seating area which can easily accommodate all 12 guests. There are plenty of plush sofas to choose from. The room has flatscreen TV and great views through surrounding the glass doors.

Dining Room

The villa’s dining table sits all 12 guests and is located outside beneath its own pavilion, offering breathtaking views overlooking the ocean. The villa also has well-equipped kitchen.

Cinema Room

Baan Laemson 1 boasts its very own cinema room, perfect for relaxing on rainy days or laid-back nights spent at home with family and friends. Kids are guaranteed to be won over by the room’s games console.

Garden & Pool

The villa has a massive infinity pool with epic views of the Andaman Sea. The pool is shaded by palm trees with inviting sun loungers dotted around it. Whether your doing laps in the pool or reclining back on the deckchairs, the gorgeous surroundings are guaranteed to set your mind at ease.

Beyond the sundeck and the pool, the property is surrounded by stunning nature, complete with majestic cliffside views out into the ocean. The view is best enjoyed from the property’s private platform out on the rocky cliffs, which also offers an intimate setting for sunset cocktails.

Baan Laemson 1 has six bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 guests. The rooms are housed in standalone pavilions and all rooms boast stunning views overlooking the pool and ocean.

Villa Manager

Baan Laemson 1’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Baan Laemson 1 is locatedi n Kamala, Phuket. You can reach Kamala Beach in 10 minutes by car. There are also plenty of great restaurants and a wide variety of shops in Kamala. If you’re looking to do some exploring, you can visit Phuket Town’s weekend markets or head to Bang Rong Pier for some island hopping. Both are within a 45-minute drive from the villa. It takes about 50 minutes to reach Baan Laemson 1 from Phuket’s International Airport.
