Though Banyan House feels thoroughly uncluttered and effortless, the villa is also filled with inspiring design elements. The two-storey villa is built from two overlapping blocks, its streamlined façade beautifully juxtaposed by the lush green gardens that surround. There is an interesting use of textures throughout, from tiled blue floors that feel cool beneath your bear feet to slat wood panels that inspire a dance between light and shadow. Vibrant textiles and bespoke paintings add yet another rousing dimension to the villa’s design.

Living Room

The villa’s ground floor is dedicated to socialising in style, with a fabulous living and dining room taking up most of the floor. With its polished concrete floors, curated furnishings, punchy artwork and full-wall windows, the space feels very modern and of the moment. The room also makes the most of the indoor/outdoor lifestyle of the tropics as the sliding glass doors allow the space to be fully open or completely enclosed based on your mood. Seating is available on a red sofa and grey armchairs, with a large TV providing entertainment. Behind the seating area, rotating slat wood panels ward off the sun when needed while also adding yet another great design element to the room.

Dining Room

The dining area is positioned to the centre of the living room, next to the glass doors. This allows guests to enjoy meals while enjoying unobstructed views of the pool and garden. The dining table is crafted from timber, and it’s surrounded by eight matching chairs. The dining area extends to a beautifully styled kitchen that features impressive marble countertops and an extensive range of appliances and kitchenware.

Garden & Pool

The villa is set on a very impressive plot covering some 2,000 square metres. There are vast green lawns to stroll around on, with verdant trees (including the villa’s namesake banyan) offering shade and a beautiful kaleidoscope of greens. A zero-edge saltwater pool offers a refreshing break from the tropical weather. At 15 metres long, the pool is well suited for clocking some leisurely laps amid the lush greenery. The pool is seamlessly hugged by a covered terrace that houses a plush sofa and a relaxed dining area. Wandering into the garden, you will discover another seating area amid the lawns – the perfect spot for some stargazing.

Banyan House features four bedrooms. All four rooms are housed upstairs along the same corridor, and they all feature fresh white walls and beautifully tiled midnight blue floors. Three rooms feature king-sized beds, and one room comes with two single beds. Two of the bedrooms connect through a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Banyan House is a four-bedroom villa that’s built over two floors. The ground floor houses the living areas, while the four bedrooms are all housed upstairs. The villa is surrounded by a large garden that features a swimming pool sized at 15 x 4 metres.

Your stay in Banyan House is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Issi’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.

Villa Manager

Banyan House’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Housekeepers attend the villa daily to take care of all domestic duties.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand 24 hours a day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the day.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
