The villa is a beautiful marriage between Japanese and Balinese design, with a hidden pathway leading through a private tropical garden separating this heavenly oasis from everyday life. Following Balinese traditions, each bedroom is housed in a separate pavilion flanked by a private terrace – great setup for a family holiday.

Cape Kata is accessed through Balinese teak wood doors which usher you into a dreamy tropical garden dotted with fragrant flowers and carp fish ponds. The turquoise infinity pool perched right on the edge of this seaside property adds a glimmer of glamour. Head down and use the serene yoga gazebo, or pop next door through your own exclusive VIP entrance to popular Kata Rocks bar and residence.

Living Room

The living room offers sweeping views of the ocean through bi-fold doors opening out onto the balcony. The room offers ample space for relaxing and entertaining on two sofas, with carved wooden details and rich splashes of deep orange and vibrant okra adding an unmistakable Thai twist.

Dining Room

The rich wooden dining table shares the same fluid space with the living room sofas. The table is big enough to seat eight guests and offers mesmerising ocean views. You can also set the table out on the outdoor terrace and let the salty sea breeze perk up your appetite! Another option is the private deck setting directly above the invigorating rocks. The villa’s kitchenette is perfect for whipping up a lazy breakfast or sneaking off for a midnight snack. There is also a full kitchen where the chef prepares guests’ meals.

Garden & Pool

The villa boasts a stunning oceanfront pool offering jaw-dropping views out into the sea. Perched atop the rugged rocks of the ocean, guests have a choice between two beachfront relaxing venues: opt for the sundeck and work on your tan or steal away into the shade provided by the gazebo.

The property is hugged by a lush tropical garden. The garden is a mix of rugger natural granite boulders and vibrant green trees, with tranquil carp ponds shimmering in between. The villa is within a 10-minute walk to Kata Noi Beach.

Cape Kata offers four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guest. Each bedroom is housed in a separate pavilion, providing guests with a sense of privacy. The focal points of each room are the sweeping ocean views.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a kingsized bed and access to an ocean-view balcony.

Guest Bedrooms

All guest bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. The rooms are adjoined by an ensuite bathroom each, where guests can indulge in a tropical garden shower.

Cape Kata can be accessed either through a meandering walkway or a staircase which brings you straight from the car park. It’s a bit of a climb, but means that the villa is as close to the ocean as possible. Following the layout of a Balinese family compound, the bedrooms are divided into separate pavilions, allowing guests to enjoy some me-time when needed. The villa makes the most of its oceanfront location by offering great views at every turn, both from the common living areas and the master bedroom.
