The name of the property translates into “Garden House” and fittingly enough, the lavish villa is nestled inside a luscious tropical landscape. The villa’s architecture takes cues from a stately European farmhouse, while the décor is a beautiful mix of vibrant local flavour and opulent contemporary luxury, with stunning plank wood floors adding an irresistibly rustic feel.

Living Room

The airy indoor living room basks in sunlight streaming in through the French doors opening into the breezy outdoor veranda. The design incorporates local art from Bali and throughout Indonesia, which work beautifully against the backdrop of sleek modern furniture. Stretch out for an afternoon nap on the periwinkle-blue couch out on the verandah or gather around the indoor coffee tale for a tropical cocktail hour.

Dining Room

The elegantly rustic dining table sits perched out on the spacious terrace. Set the table outside and let the conversation stretch far into the night. Garden & Pool

The villa’s immaculate 14-metre pool sits surrounded by a beautifully manicured lawn, with glorious green trees offering their shade. After swimming a lap or two, climb out onto the surrounding sundeck and grab a place under one of the “sunbrellas” – the absolute perfect spot for enjoying a cold drink on hot day. If you prefer to work on your tan instead, simply recline back on the comfy sun loungers and let the equatorial sun work its magic while you savour the beauty of the property’s sprawling garden.

The spacious property houses four impressive bedrooms sleeping up to eight guests in total. The rooms echo the elegant yet rustic feel of the rest of the property with a décor mixing crisp white linen with stunning plank wood floors and vibrant Balinese carvings.

Master Bedroom

The palatial master suite offers guests immaculate views of the glimmering pool and the inviting garden stretching out beyond. The room is furnished with a lavish king-sized bed draped in lighter-than-air linen, gently nestled by soft mosquito netting. The generous room is adjoined by a private living area as well as an exclusive terrace – curl up with a good book outdoors or get lost in a great movie indoors.

The second guestroom houses two twin beds, perfect for families traveling with small children or teenagers. The third guestroom is housed in a separate garden bungalow, offering a delectable serving of peace and quiet. Enjoy your morning coffee out on your private terrace and savour the views overlooking the garden. Come nightfall, drift off to sleep in the comfort of the plush king-sized bed. The rooms are adjoined by opulent ensuite bathrooms furnished with a generous bathtub as well as a sinfully good open-air shower.

Kebun House’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
