One Bedroom
The inspiration for the 8 Bird´s Nest Pool Villas comes from the Rung-Nok Tribe, a people known for their taste for luxury and their endless pursuit for the finer things in life. As a result, the lavish Bird’s Nest Pool Villas set high among the clouds offer guests a true taste of opulent Thai luxury.
Within the villa’s walls, gently reminiscent of a cosy beehive, guests will discover a massive king-size bed furnished with bedding of pure Egyptian cotton. Allow the unique design of the property to nourish your imagination and ascend into the high levels of creativity as exemplified by the visionary Rung-Nok Clan.
After a blissfully well-rested night, immerse yourself into the cool clear waters of your very own private pool. Allow your body to soak in those healing waters as your mind takes flight and soars high above the lush jungle surrounding you, up to the towering mountaintops and beyond.
After a day spent exploring your tropical surroundings, indulge in a moment of sheer tranquillity, for which the villas’ luxurious bathrooms offer the perfect setting. Bathe beneath the pampering monsoon shower or unwind completely in the lavish bathtub, all the while enjoying unhindered views over the surrounding area in all its tropical glory.

“Great getaway, most unique hotel experience we’ve had!”
Booked one of their mid-tier rooms and was truly impressed. Our view was of the pool, toward the bottom of the hill, which featured a view of the entire property. Would recommend that room for value, as the higher villas look out onto a building currently being constructed.
Most standout feature was the bathroom, which featured an indoor and outdoor shower, as well as a gorgeous tub. Food was excellent as well, particular the Indian food from Chef Deepak Singh — most delicious naan and chicken tikka we’ve ever had. Would go back for sure!

“Most Amazing Dinner Ever!”
Chef Deepak Singh prepared for us the most amazing butter chicken inspired by the flavours of India! I must say that Keemala Hotel has made a fabulous choice by hiring such talent! This was definitely the highlight of our trip.
Thank you Chef Deepak Singh, can’t wait for my next visit to try your food again!!!!!

“Wonderful Retreat”
Just had three nights at the Keemala. The previous reviews speak for the place. It’s fantastic. Special mention to Mr Beer who was amazing the whole visit.
Served us at breakfast and at the pool bar in the afternoon. Never stopped smiling and full of great tips for the local area. Keemala you need to hang on to this guy! Golden!

Hotel with a difference
Stayed 5 days & 4 nights at the Tent Pool Cottage (since other different types of villa were unavailable during the period). The Tent Cottage is quite spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It comes with a private pool, a sit out area and a balcony. Most of the mini bar items, except for alcoholic beverages, are complimentary. Another bonus being that the movies channel is also complimentary. A not so good thing about the Tent cottage is that its roof would get quite noisy when it rains. But I guess this is what should be expected for staying in a tent. Unfortunately for us, we suffered two nights with heavy rain during our stay. Luckily, only a bit noisy and no water leakage from the roof.
Meals are prepared by the only one restaurant at the resort. Nevertheless, the quality of which was excellent with a mix of Thai, Asian & Western delicacies. We also had a private birthday dinner specially prepared at the Wine Lounge, which was p
served personally by one of the chefs. The experience and foods were simply amazing.
Apart from spending time in the villa, another good location for spending the day is at the ‘Cha-La’ pool under the sun with cool drinks. Chill & relax.
Also experienced a 5-hour SPA package with SPA cuisine. The massage & treatment were superb. A must try.
One thing that needs improvement is the ‘Butler’ service. I don’t know whether it was our butler’s problem or what, he seemed not very keen and attentive to our requests. Many things ended up we had to do it ourselves. May be more training is needed.
Overall, this is an outstanding resort in a jungle environment. All staff are, in general, polite, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much and would definitely return to try out the Tree Pool Houses, which I highly recommend.

Absolutely magical!
To say this place feels like magic is an understatement! Upon arrival you are greeted by the most lovely staff. One woman in particular, Joy, is an absolute joy! She makes the magic of this resort come to life with her amazing customer service and charming personality! The grounds feel like something out of a dream! Everything is clean, top notch, and hands down the most unique resort I have ever been to! Thank you Keemala for the most unforgettable stay!

Super luxury
This is a tremendous hotel in beautiful surroundings. The individual villas in pods dotted around a hillside are very well appointed with wonderfully comfortable beds. The bathroom with an inside and an outside shower has excellent products. The restaurant has a wide variety of food to suit all tastes . The food and beverage manager PK is excellent and even finds time to conduct a garden tour pointing out the sustainability of the hotel.
The only minor criticism I would have is the price of wine. I am aware of the high rate of tax on imported wine but was a bit surprised to note that even the cheapest Thai wine on offer was 2400tbt, about £60. The General Manager, Conor welcomed us at a cocktail party and seemed very engaged with his guests. The staff, at all levels, were uniformly charming and helpful
