Life at Kyerra Villa is characterised by the blue glimmer of the pool visible around almost every turn, thanks to the unique design allowing the pool to hug the angular property seamlessly. Due to the endless generous windows the interior spaces are light and fluid, with contemporary design and furniture introducing a sense of luxury into the tropics.

Living Room

The spacious and light living room is housed on the villa’s ground floor. Two pure white sofas sit facing each other with an immense flat screen TV connected to unlimited Netflix.

Dining Room

The formal dining room offers seating for up to 10 guests gathered around a rich wooden dining table. For a more relaxed setting, the villa’s fully furnished kitchen is flanked by a table seating eight people.

Games Room

The game room features beanbag chairs and Xbox as well as a good selection of books.

Garden & Pool

It’s impossible to ignore the star of this villa: the massive wrap-around pool that impresses alongside man-made waterfall feature. The pool is shaded by immaculately landscape trees and greenery hiding a serene pond, with a lavish sundeck and an outdoor dining table adding to the exotic appeal of the property.

Kyerra Villa houses five bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 guests. The bedrooms are spread out on two floors, providing each guest with a soothing sense of personal space.

Guest Bedrooms

Three rooms are furnished with dream-soft king-size beds. Housed on the second floor, each room is adjoined by a private patio. The rooms are accompanied by a glamorous ensuite bathroom each.

The bedroom housing two single beds is an optimal choice for children or youngsters with a private patio adding extra room to roam about. The fifth bedroom enjoys an exclusive location on the ground floor, offering tranquil views of the garden pond and a queen-sized bed. Each room is adjoined by a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom, with an extra guest bathroom located on the ground floor.

Kyerra Villa has a unique layout with an angular saltwater pool wrapping around the villa seamlessly. The living areas are located on the ground floor and look over the pool through sliding glass doors. The five bedrooms are spread out over two floors, meaning there’s a sense of personal space for all guests.

Villa Manager

Kyerra Villa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? Maid is available from Monday to Saturday from 9 to 5.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Kyerra Villa is located on Phuket’s Kamala Beach, which appeals to guest with its laid-back appeal. The beach remains less developed than some of the island’s more crowded beaches, offering visitors that sought-after deserted island experience while still providing all the modern luxuries you could ask for.

Besides its local atmosphere and delights giving easy access to beaches on either side, Kamala is home to the famed Phuket FantaSea theme park and the regal Kamala temple, both providing a refreshing break from the tropical sun. Kyerra Villa is located 45 minutes form Phuket International Airport.
