Nestled in the stunning Bay of Islands archipelago in New Zealand, this immaculately styled New England beach house comes with a private helipad and your very own jetty, allowing guests to arrive in style and to head out island hopping with ease.

The beautifully designed villa is dominantly white and features six bedrooms, including a spacious bunk room that’s ideal for children. The villa has its own private pool though you might have little use for it – guests also enjoy access to three private beaches. Yes, three. With its luminous interiors, chesterfield armchairs and clawfoot bathtubs, Somewhere has the elegant feel of a New England lodge. The impeccably curated design is perfectly matched by the villa’s sublime surroundings, with three private beaches waiting right on your doorstep.

Living Room

The living room is an elegant space made for entertaining, lined with bifold glass doors and crowned by intricate crown molding. A seating arrangement of three sofas sits facing a beautiful fireplace, with the space lit up by a grand chandelier. The villa also features a separate lounge room dominated by a blue tartan pattern, furnished with leather armchairs, a blue chesterfield sofa and a grand fireplace. A massive flatscreen TV mounted on the wall provides entertainment when desired.

Dining Room

The dining room is connected seamlessly to the living room, with a long dining table seating up to 20 guests. The dining table is positioned before bifold doors which you can leave open to enjoy the breeze or close when you prefer a more intimate setting shielded from the elements. Close by is the villa’s fully equipped and beautifully styled kitchen which centres around a marble top island countertop.

Garden

Somewhere boasts one of the most spectacular settings imaginable, with a private jetty offering easy access to the 150 island dotted across the archipelago. You’ll also have three private beaches to choose from – if you’re not too busy splashing around your private pool that is. The setting is perfect for stand up paddle boarding, kayaking or simply watching yachts float by your private beachfront residence. As the cherry on top, the grounds also include a private helipad.

Somewhere features six bedrooms. Three rooms come with king-sized beds (two of these are super king-sized), one room features a queen bed and one room has two single beds. The sixth room comes with bunk beds which feature one king single bed and three single beds. Each room features an ensuite bathroom. The villa is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests. After 10 guests, an extra charge will apply for each additional guest.

Somewhere is a six-bedroom villa that’s built over two floors. The villa features extensive living and dining areas, a private swimming pool, helipad, jetty and access to three private beaches.

Your stay in Somewhere is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Somewhere’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.

Villa Manager

Somewhere’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
