Though the generous living areas, immaculate swimming pool and cool media room are all definite highlights, our favourite feature has got to be the sprawling rooftop lounge which takes pride of place at the highest point of the villa. This glamorous terrace is the ultimate setting for toasting another unforgettable day spent on the Island of the Gods, admiring as the last rays of sunlight dance across Bali’s tropical trees and tiled rooftops.

Sundance Villa perfectly captures that unique brand of Balinese barefoot luxury. The villa itself is invitingly fresh and modern – think endless windows, sleek white walls and airy rooms that have been designed to meet the exacting standards of modern day travellers. Despite its polished disposition, the villa never loses sight of its Balinese surroundings. Whether you’re relaxing out in the garden or enjoying the ambiance indoors, there is always something to remind you of Bali’s unique beauty, be it lush tropical trees or bohemian rattan details.

Living Room

The vast living room is the social hub of the villa. This is the first space that welcomes you as you enter through the villa’s grand double doors. The most dominant feature is the massive U-shaped rattan sofa that’s covered by plush grey cushions. The sofa hugs a glass topped coffee table crafted from a piece of petrified wood that resembles a deep sea coral. This seating area is perfectly positioned to face full wall windows which provide lush views of the villa’s enviable swimming pool and luscious tropical gardens. Natural timber and rattan are an ongoing theme and the materials are echoed both in the furniture and the exquisite sculptures and antique pieces which adorn the room.

Dining Room

The dining area is a fluid extension of the living room. The dining table is an impressive number created from a single slab of sturdy wood, surrounded by ten wicker chairs. The dining area is lit up by two beautifully sculpted pendant lights with full wall windows looking out to the pool and garden. The kitchen is discretely tucked to the back of the room. Featuring white cabinets and sleek marble countertops, the kitchen offers all the crockery, cutlery and appliances needed for preparing delicious meals and snacks.

Media Room

Adjoining the villa’s incredible rooftop terrace, the media room is positioned on the villa’s top floor. This is a great place to kick back with a good movie or binge on your favourite TV shows. The room is fitted with a huge flatscreen TV, a muted grey sofa and a matching armchair that are perfect for settling in for a comfy and cosy movie night.

Garden & Pool

The villa’s glistening 9-metre-long pool is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and high perimeter walls. This ensures a blissfully private setting where you can splash around the pool and soak up the midday sun to your heart’s content. The pool has a shallow ledge for kids to delight in and the surrounding sunbeds are accompanied by parasols, ensuring you always have a choice between sun and shade. The pool is flanked by a beautiful gazebo furnished with an elegant sofa and matching armchairs – it is the most inviting alfresco lounge you could imagine! The same pavilion can also be converted into a private spa room with two massage beds. Another standout feature is the swanky rooftop lounge. This incredibly spacious terrace features chic sky blue sofas big enough to host a whole entourage with sun shades ensuring the space stays nice and cool. This is the perfect place to sit back, relax and sip a cold drink while the sun sets over the surrounding greenery and rooftops.

Sundance Villa features four bedrooms. Spread over two floors, the bedrooms are decorated in modern tropical style using natural rattan details and vibrant tropical prints. Generous windows ensure plenty of natural light throughout the day. Each room is furnished with a king-sized bed and adjoined by a beautiful ensuite bathroom influenced by the tropics.

Sundance Villa is a four-bedroom villa that’s built over three levels. The ground floor houses the living and dining areas and one bedroom. The first floor houses three more bedrooms. The top floor houses the media room and a spacious rooftop terrace. The villa has a 9 x 3.5 metre swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, tropical gardens and a furnished gazebo.

Villa Manager

Sundance Villa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Housekeepers attend the villa daily to take care of all domestic duties.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
