Villa Anayara offers beautiful Thai inspired architecture in a stunning beachfront setting in the peaceful area of Cape Panwa in Phuket, Thailand. With high peaked roofs and polished wood floors, the villa incorporates an opulent feel of Thailand, while the state of the art entertainment (including Bang & Olufsen TVs, Netflix and Apple TV) and the 12-metre pool offer a generous sprinkling of modern-day comfort. Villa Anayara is located directly on calm Khao Khad Beach: a beautiful stretch of white sand fringed by palm trees.

Villa Anayara makes the most of its five-star locale by offering direct views of the ocean from every room as well as the private infinity pool. The villa is built over three floors and offers a great sense of space thanks to the traditional Thai roofs reaching high up into the heaves.

Living Room

Villa Anayara’s living room is located on the same level as the pool and the room can be closed off with glass bi-fold doors. The room is furnished with generous white sofas. Villa Anayara is equipped with state of the art technology throughout, including Bang & Olufsen flatscreen TVs and surround-sound, Netflix and Apple TV.

Dining Room

Villa Anayara’s dining room features a generous 10-seater dining table. The villa comes equipped with a a SieMatic kitchen complete with a Thermador cooking range. The outdoor dining sala includes barbecue facilities.

Spa

Located on the top floor, Villa Anayara’s massage room offers ocean views and features two massage beds.

Garden & Pool

Villa Anayara has a 12 x 4.5-metre pool with an infinity edge offering views of the ocean. The pool area is dotted with sun loungers and parasols and also includes a covered sala. There are more sun loungers up on the top floor. Villa Anayara also has an outdoor bar.

Villa Anayara has five bedrooms, all furnished with a king-sized bed. Three rooms are housed on the upper level, one room is one the first floor and one room is housed on the ground floor.

Villa Anayara is a five-bedroom villa that’s built over three floors. The main floor includes the living and dining areas, one bedroom and is directly connected to the pool. The ground floor houses one bedroom with direct access to the beach. The upper floor of the villa houses three more bedrooms.

Your stay in Villa Anayara is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Anayara’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.

Villa Manager

Villa Anayara’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Villa Anayara offers a fabulous setting for beachfront weddings with mesmerising views overlooking the Andaman Sea. The villa can cater to intimate ceremonies and more elaborate events of up to 120 guests. All events and weddings must be organised by a professional planner. Villa staff are not permitted to assist with the wedding. Outside catering and chefs are permitted to use the kitchen facilities. Fireworks can be used at a safe distance, away from the villa on the beach and authorised in writing, in advance by the villa concierge. Ministry of Villas can recommend expert event organisers, florists, decorators and caterers so you can focus on relaxing and celebrating with your guests.

Villa Anayara is located on the Cape Panwa peninsula in Phuket, Thailand. The villa is located directly on Khao Khad Beach. This is a beautiful stretch of white sands which remains wonderfully void of mass development and offers a great setting for travellers looking for a bit of peace and quiet. Villa Anayara is located just two minutes from Tarzan Adventure Park, a fun park of zip lines and obstacle courses which are perfect for families. Bandara Beach Club is just five minutes away by car. The party hub of Patong is about 40 minutes away by car. Villa Anayara is located about one hour from Phuket International Airport.
