Yorokobi Lodge Living
The two-storey Yorokobi Lodge is a stunning example of the effortless beauty of Japanese minimalism. The chalet’s striking architecture is rendered with clean lines and exposed timber, with vast windows stretching from floor to ceiling flooding the space with natural light. A soothing colour scheme is consistent throughout the property, with natural wood paired together with classic monochrome.
Living Room
The chic living room houses an asphalt-grey sofa facing a generous flatscreen TV mounted on the wall. The TV might have little use though, as the sofa is flanked by a vast picture window, which provides marvellous views of the snow-covered beauty of Niseko.
Dining Room
Effortlessly adjoining the living area sits the chalet’s dining table. The wooden table is surrounded by an L-shaped seating area, giving diners front row seats to the best show in town, as the table is strategically positioned to face the room’s floor-to-ceiling window. The dining area extends to an open-plan kitchen, where guests can make use of all the modern amenities to whip up a hearty meal after an exciting day of skiing.

Sara –
Great for those wanting to be close to Hirafu and have a hire car. We moved in yesterday and the carport is much bigger then it looks in the images as we have a huge 4WD and it fit underneath perfectly. The property is great for 4 guests with one room upstairs and one down. The rooms are cozy so not super huge or spacious. But each one has a bathroom to use and built in wardrobes.
There is an Apple TV, great dining table and built in corner sofa. WiFi is fast but that’s everywhere in Japan.
The views are lovely of the forest just outside and there really are not any close neighbours. I loved the view of the forest from the living room and saw foxes running around the trees so the main window in the living room is wonderful.
The kitchen is fully equipped and all you have to do is stock up on groceries and there is a full size fridge for them.
Overall I really liked this property and perfect for a small group!
