How do I book a villa?

If you know the exact dates that you will be travelling:

  1. On the page of your desired villa, click the Reserve button on the sidebar to check prices and availability
  2. Next, click the villa option that you are interested in (e.g. Four Bedroom Villa + Upgrade) and follow through by clicking Reserve
  3. Input your Booking Details (e.g. name, contact number, special requests) then proceed by clicking Complete
  4. Within 24 hours the Ministry of Villas Concierge team will contact you to confirm your booking and arrange payment (please note your villa will be placed on hold for 48 hours until payment is received)

There are two payment options available: credit card or via bank transfer in AUD, EUR, GBP, JPY, NZD, SGD or USD.

A confirmation email will then be sent highlighting specific details that will help make your villa stay an easy, stress-free and enjoyable one.

Do you charge a booking fee?

No, Ministry of Villas does not charge any booking fees. We are paid directly by villa owners and property managers. This is how we are able to guarantee the best rates for all of the villas listed on our website.

Can I make a last minute booking?

Yes, if the desired property is available, we are more than happy to book accommodation up to 24 hours before arrival. This is on the condition that full payment has been received prior to your arrival.

What is included with my booking?

Check the individual villa profile pages as they contain a full complete list of inclusions. Additionally, opt for our Ministry Upgrade packages which give you additional benefits for the same price.

What is a Ministry Upgrade?

From complimentary massages to a bottle of champagne on arrival, when you book through Ministry of Villas you can take advantage of our Ministry Upgrade to receive extras that you won’t find elsewhere.

What do you mean by ‘Best Price Guarantee’

We’re so confident in our technology that you’ll find the best price for your trip here on Ministry of Villas that we guarantee it. If you find a genuine lower price advertised and receive a quote for the same dates, services and inclusions, Ministry of Villas will match it.

Email Ministry of Villas in writing within the specified timeframe with supporting documentation (e.g. all emails with a written quote and inclusions for the villa). Our Best Price Guarantee applies to prices both advertised and available to the general public on any website.

We are unable to match fixed price package deals that include airfares with the cost of the villa or unverified prices from unrecognised travel agents.

How do I make a special request / bedding request?

On the booking page, there is a Comment/Request box that allows you to input any special requests.

Our Concierge Team will try to accommodate your requests, but please note that these requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

We always try our best to accommodate any requests for booking modification, however this is not always possible, so kindly contact us via our contact page.

Cancellation or modification incurs a cost depending on the villa chosen. Please read more on our Terms and Conditions page.

Do you inspect the villas?

We personally inspect our villas that we on our website to make sure they offer a high level of services, the villa actually appears the same as the images online and you know you are getting exactly what you pay for. We also handle the communication and our staff speak English and the local languages so there is no miscommunication which can happen when booking a villa online and overseas.

Can you help me find a villa?

Can I hold the villa while I find flights?

Yes, we can hold a villa for 48 hours if you need time to look at flights or confirm the travel dates with the rest of the group.
