Hakukin is heavenly! This fabulous chalet has everything you could possibly want during your next trip to Niseko. It’s ideally positioned in a relaxed part of Hirafu: away from the noise yet close to the action. The chalet features full wall windows on two levels. This ensures incredible views – either of Mount Yotei on blue bird days or your snow-covered surroundings when it’s really coming down – whether you’re cosying up by the fireside, enjoying a relaxing bath, or simply replying some emails by the work desk. Hakukin is built to meet exacting modern standards. The chalet comes with a cool media room, incredibly comfy living areas, and a kitchen that’s fit for a gourmand. Hakukin Living
Nothing about Hakukin feels haphazard. Instead, every room exudes a level of quality which you can both see and feel. It’s clear that the chalet was designed to deliver comfort for all guests. All bedrooms benefit from ensuite bathrooms, so it never feels crowded. The living areas are divided into a designated media room where you can stream to your heart’s content, while the great room is all about enjoying the views and each other’s company to the fullest. Living Room
The living room has a way of bringing everyone together. Positioned on the upper floor, the room is lined with full wall windows framing direct views of Mount Yotei. So grab a cup of hot cocoa, plop down on the light grey sofa, and enjoy the warm glow of the fireplace while getting lost in those magical views.
Dining Room
The living room has an open floorplan conducive to relaxed get-togethers, and you’ll find the chalet’s long dining table positioned at the heart of this inviting space. Large windows ensure beautiful views while you dine, and the adjoining kitchen makes mealtimes a breeze.
Media Room
What could be better than getting the whole group together for a cosy movie night after a day spent out in the snow? The villa’s media room is purpose-built for late night movie marathons, featuring a large white sofa and an impressively sized TV that’s hooked up to Netflix.
Hakukin Bedrooms
Hakukin features four bedrooms. The rooms have a calm, monochromatic décor and they all benefit from ensuite bathrooms which is somewhat rare in chalets of this size. The rooms are spread over two floors: two king rooms and one bunk room on the ground floor, and one king-bedded room up on the first floor.

This room is located on the ground floor. It features a king-sized bed, writing desk, open wardrobes, and generous windows. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower, vanity, and a toilet.

Hakukin is a four-bedroom chalet that’s built over two floors. The ground floor houses three bedrooms, a ski room, and laundry room. The upper floor houses the living and dining areas, media room, and one bedroom.
Hakukin Staff
Your stay is made enjoyable by the professional staff who have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Property Manager
The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.
Location
Hakukin is located in Hirafu in Niseko, Japan. The chalet is positioned in the Izumikyo 1 neighbourhood, surrounded by other high-end properties. This is a peaceful setting away from the commotion but still within easy reach of all the action. The centre of Hirafu is about 500 metres away, offering a great selection of restaurants, pubs, and shops. The Hirafu Gondola is less than a five-minute drive away.
