Kitsune Living

Kitsune is spread out over two floors and provides an endless sense of space and light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. The four bedrooms are located on the chalet’s first floor, while the second floor houses the open-plan living areas. Kitsune offers a separate room for drying ski gear and four scenic terraces.

Living Room

The living room has a high vaulted ceiling and full-length windows opening out to epic views of the mountains. The room has a modular sofa and two armchairs facing a flatscreen TV complete with international channels and a DVD player. There’s a second lounge area at the other end of the open-plan room, with sofas perched beside vast picture windows.

Dining Room

The light timber dining table shares the same open-plan space with the living room and seats up to ten guests. The adjoining kitchen features all modern appliances, including a microwave, rice cooker and dishwasher.

Kitsune has four bedrooms. All bedrooms have a split bed which can be set up as two singles or a double bed if needed. All four rooms are located on the chalet’s lower floor. The same floor also houses an onsen style bathroom housed in a standalone bathroom.

Property Manager

The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.

Kitsune is located at The Orchards Niseko estate in Hirafu, Niseko. The area is nestled by the Japanese Alps and the closest ski lift is just minutes away by car. You can also reach the shops, restaurants and clubs of Hirafu Village within minutes. The chalet is serviced by a free shuttle bus.
