Sava Beach Villas offers seven fully staffed villas perched right on pristine Natai Beach just north of Phuket, Thailand. Each of the villas includes a massive private pool measuring between 18-25 metres and unique modern architecture and five-star design. All villas are unique, with features ranging from an amazing private spa to a fun kids’ room and more. Sava Beach Villas consists of seven private villas: Villa Tievoli with seven bedrooms including a kids’ bunk room; Villa Amarelo, Villa Cielo, Villa Essenza and Villa Malee Sai with six bedrooms and Aqua Villa and Villa Roxo with four bedrooms each.

Seven Bedroom Villa

Villa Tievoli is the largest villa in the complex and boasts seven bedrooms. With its beachfront location, 25-metre pool and luxurious spa room, the villa is ready to wow the crowds.

The open-plan living room overlooks the pool and houses over-sized sofas and a pool table. There’s also a separate media room with a home theatre system. The dining area has a 14-seater table and a well-equipped kitchen.

The villa has a 25-metre zero-edge pool which overlooks the beach and is surrounded by sun loungers and sofas. There’s also a poolside bar and alfresco dining table for 14. On the beachfront lawn, you’ll find a covered Thai style sala.

Villa Tievoli offers unrivalled pampering with a private spa room and salon equipped with two massage beds, terrazzo bathtub, steam room and sauna. The villa is staffed with two spa therapists.

Villa Tievoli has seven bedrooms: three with king-sized beds, one room with a king and one single bed, one room with a queen and one single bed, one room with two single beds and one room with two bunk beds for four kids.

There are two master bedrooms, each with a home theatre system and lavish ensuite bathroom. The kids bunk bedroom includes a TV and PlayStation, slide, toys and books. Two of the guest bedrooms are located by the pool and share a bathroom with a terrazzo bathtub between them. Two rooms on the upper floor have a private ensuite each.

Six Bedroom Villa

Villa Amarelo is a large six-bedroom designer villa. The U-shaped villa sits right on Natai Beach and has a 25-metre zero-edge pool facing the ocean.

The living areas are centred around the pool on the ground floor. The open-plan living room offers direct views of the pool, while the media room housing a flatscreen TV and pool table can be closed off for added privacy. The living room connects to the dining room with a 12-seater table and gourmet kitchen.

The villa has a stunning 25-metre pool which overlooks the beach. The pool is surrounded by a deck with sun beds and an alfresco dining area with a barbecue. The villa offers a beachfront sala and vast lawns perfect for hosting events or playing a game of football.

Villa Amarelo has six bedrooms: four rooms have king-sized beds and two rooms have two single beds each. There are two master bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, sea views, TV and spacious ensuite bathroom. The four guest bedrooms are spread over two floors. The two ground floor rooms have TVs and share a generous bathroom with a terrazzo bathtub between them. The two upper level rooms have private ensuite bathrooms with a shower each.

Six Bedroom Villa

Villa Cielo is a six-bedroom villa hugging the white sands of Natai Beach seamlessly. This villa is perfect for families and groups of friends and features a 25-metre pool, trampoline, pool table and barbecue facilities.

The spacious living room houses a sofa and pool table. The media room has a home theatre system, foosball table, board games and kids’ wheel-boards. The dining room has a table for 14 guests and a fully equipped kitchen.

The villa has a 25-metre swimming pool directly facing the beach. The pool is hugged sun loungers and a shaded barbecue area. The vast lawns offer a covered sala and an outdoor trampoline plus plenty of room for fun and games.

Villa Cielo has six bedrooms: three rooms with king-sized beds, one room with a queen-sized bed and two rooms with two single beds each. Two rooms also include a sofa bed each which can accommodate one child each. The villa has two master bedrooms with TVs, sea views, walk-through wardrobes and ensuites. Two ground floor guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub between them. The remaining two guest rooms have private ensuites.

Villa Essenza is a modern beachfront villa with six bedrooms and a massive 25-metre swimming pool. The villa has beautiful contemporary furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows offering endless views of the ocean.

The living room has a breezy open-plan layout housing plush sofas, while the separate media room offers a home theatre system. The dining room houses a 14-seat table and gourmet kitchen.

The star of the show is the 25-metre pool surrounded by sun loungers and a barbecue dining area. The villa has vast lawns with a shaded sala and plenty of room for football and volleyball on the provided nets.

Villa Essenza has six bedrooms: two rooms with king-sized beds, two rooms with queens (one with an extra single bed) and two rooms have two single beds. The villa has two master bedrooms with sea views, walk-through wardrobes and glamorous ensuites. Two ground floor guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub between them. Two further guest rooms have a private ensuite each.

Villa Malee Sai is an amazing six-bedroom villa overlooking the pristine Natai Beach. The villa has a 25-metre pool, media room, ping pong table and comes staffed with a private chef.

The light and bright living room houses a white sofa directly overlooking the pool. The media room has a sofa, bean bags and a home theatre system. The dining room offers a dining table for up to 14 guests and a well-equipped kitchen.

The villa’s U-shaped design is centred around a 25-metre swimming pool surrounded by sun beds and a shaded dining area with a barbecue. The vast lawns offer a covered sala and enough room to play petanque or badminton.

Villa Malee Sai has six bedrooms: four with king-sized beds and two rooms with two single beds each. A queen-sized sofa bed is available against an additional fee. The villa has two master bedrooms with amazing ocean views, walk-through wardrobes and spacious ensuites. Two guest rooms on the ground floor share a bathroom with a bathtub between them. Two upper floor guest bedrooms have private ensuites.

Four Bedroom Villa

Aqua Villa is beautiful four-bedroom villa inspired by the blue hues of the ocean. The villa has an 18-metre pool, media room and spa room with a sauna.

The living room is a wide open-plan space with stylish sofas and a TV corner. On the ground floor, there’s a communal space with a flatscreen TV, table tennis, bean bags and even a wine fridge. The dining room on the first-floor seats eight and extends into a fully-furnished kitchen.

The villa has an 18-metre infinity pool surrounded by resort-style sun loungers and parasols. There’s also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. The villa offers added pampering with a private spa room, sauna and plunge pool.

Aqua Villa has four bedrooms: one room with a king-sized bed, one room with a queen and two rooms with two single beds each. One of the twin rooms is convertible into a king if needed. The villa has two master bedrooms, each with a TV, walk-through wardrobe and ensuite with terrazzo bathtub. The two guest bedrooms are connected through a shared bathroom.

Four Bedroom Villa

Villa Roxo offers four bedrooms and amazing ocean views from its three floors and 18-metre swimming pool. The villa boasts impeccable modern design and fun and games with a TV room, ping pong table and kayaks.

The living room opens out to the swimming pool and offers views of the ocean. There’s also a separate TV room with comfortable seating, flatscreen TV and foosball table. The villa has an eight-seater dining table and a well-equipped kitchen.

The villa boasts an 18-metre swimming pool framed by sun loungers and an alfresco dining area with barbecue facilities.

Villa Roxo has four bedrooms: two rooms with king-sized beds and two rooms with two single beds each – these are convertible into kings if needed. The villa has two master bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are connected through a shared bathroom and have a TV each.

Sava Beach Villas is a complex of seven private villas. Villa Tievoli has seven bedrooms and Villa Amarelo, Villa Cielo, Villa Essenza and Villa Malee Sai have six bedrooms each. These five villas have an absolute beachfront position.

Aqua Villa and Villa Roxo have four bedrooms each and sit right behind the other five villas, offering amazing ocean views from their three floors. These two villas offer beach access through a shared pathway across the Sava Beach Villas estate.

Villa Manager

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
