Villa Essenza Living
Villa Essenza is all about enjoying the eternal summer of Thailand and offers a choice between splashing in the 25-metre pool or strolling down beautiful Natai Beach. The villa is built in a U-shape with a wide living room connecting the two wings and offering direct views of the pool.
Living Room
The living room is a light and airy space with a high ceiling and glass doors offering views of the pool. The room includes stylish grey sofas facing the pool.
Dining Room
The glass-encased dining room has a table seating up to 14 guests. The dining area is adjoined by a well-equipped designer kitchen.
Media Room
The media room sits next to the living room and has a lavish sofa facing a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player.
Garden & Pool
The villa is built around a 25-metre swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. The villa has a shaded outdoor dining area with a barbecue. There’s a second peaked sala right by the beach which is the perfect spot for enjoying Natai’s beautiful sunsets. The grounds include vast lawns where you can pitch the villa’s volleyball or football nets.
Villa Essenza Bedrooms
Villa Essenza has six bedrooms: two rooms with king-sized beds, two rooms with queen-sized beds (one has an extra single bed) and two rooms with two single beds each. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor and three rooms upstairs on the first floor.

Villa Essenza Layout
Villa Essenza is a private villa located at the Sava Beach Villas estate. The six-bedroom beachfront villa is spread over two floors in a U-shape hugging the 25-metre pool. The ground floor includes the living and dining areas, media room and three bedrooms. There are three further bedrooms upstairs on the first floor.

Your stay in Villa Essenza is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Essenza’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Essenza’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
Villa Essenza’s skilled Thai chef will happily prepare Thai cuisine and Western favorites.

Location
Villa Essenza is located in Natai, Phang Nga. The villa is located right on Natai Beach, a 10-kilometre stretch of white sand paradise beach which offers great conditions for water sports and swimming. Located on mainland Thailand, Natai is connected to neighbouring Phuket island by a bridge which makes getting around a breeze. Close to the villa, you’ll find the luxurious Aleenta and Iniala Beach resorts offering stunning fine dining. It takes about 30 minutes to reach Villa Essenza from Phuket International Airport.

Villa Essenza is built around a huge pool which overlooks Natai Beach. The beach is stunning and completely void of tourists and hawkers. The villa itself is very modern but still feels welcoming and homelike with beautifully chose furniture and textiles. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas and a media room flanking the large living room, so there’s plenty of room to entertain or to simply relax with the family.
Villa Essenza’s 25-metre pool is stunning and makes for a beautiful backdrop for beachfront weddings (the villa can host up to 120 guests standing). This villa is one of your best bets for experiencing absolute beachfront luxury in blissful privacy.

We have stayed in many luxury properties across the globe, but this one tops them all! From the beautiful setting, to the supreme accommodations, we were truly blown away. The food west the best Thai food we have ever had, cooked by the wonderful chef, and the staff, in general, bent over backwards to make our experience better than we would have imagined. The beach, which is right at your fingertips, is almost completely secluded and the whole complex is very quiet. We have never been so relaxed on a vacation. Close enough to the hustle and bustle of Phuket, if needed, but we didn’t leave the villa, because it was so fantastic! We will definitely come back and stay for longer. You don’t want to miss this experience.
