Villa Tievoli is the dictionary definition of a modern luxury villa. The huge estate is built in a U-shape around the 25-metre pool and features full-length windows throughout, offering plenty of natural light and five-star ocean views.
Living Room
The spacious living room overlooks the pool through glass doors which can be closed when you want to enjoy the cool of the AC. The room is furnished with generous modular sofas and a pool table.
Dining Room
The dining room is surrounded by glass door overlooking the pool and features a large table seating 14 and a glamorous chandelier suspended from the ceiling. The adjoining kitchen offers more seating at the breakfast bar.
Media Room
The media room sits to the side of the living room and features a plush sofa and home theatre system.
Spa
The villa includes a lavish massage room with an adjoining sauna and steam room. There’s also a salon for in-villa beauty and hair treatments.
Garden & Pool
The villa has a 25-metre swimming pool which stretches towards the beach. The pool deck offers sun loungers and parasols. There’s also a bar and barbecue area with seating for up to 14 guests and a second beachfront sala for sunset gazing.

Villa Tievoli has seven bedrooms: four rooms with a king-sized bed, one room with a queen-sized bed, one room with two single beds and one room with two sets of bunk beds. Villa Tievoli is a private seven-bedroom villa located at the Sava Beach Villas estate. The villa is built in a U-shape around the 25-metre pool and spans two floors. The ground floor includes the living and dining areas, media room and four bedrooms. There are three further bedrooms upstairs.

Villa Tivoli is located in Natai, Phang Nga. Though part of mainland Thailand, the area is connected to neighbouring Phuket island by a bridge. Villa Tivoli is located right on Natai Beach, which offers great conditions for water sports and swimming. Sava Beach Villas offers villa guests access to the estate’s gym and spa treatments and yoga are also available. The villa is close to The Aleenta and Iniala Beach resorts, both of which offer great dining options. Villa Tivoli is located some 30 minutes from Phuket International Airport.

A home away from home, an amazing beachfront property nestled within an estate. This home is built on a grand scale with large rooms and entertainment spaces but still warm and comfortable to live in.
Its secluded location gives you loads of personal space with private beach access. There’s bicycle ready at the porch for you to explore the estate.
I captured an amazing sunset one evening, a view that is now built into my core memory. My favourite feature of the home is the lap pool overlooking the sea and huge TV for movie nights.
The staffs are super attentive and cater to all your needs. They cleaned my room like 3 times a day, leaving it feel refreshed.
I highly recommend to book and experience it for yourself. Great for families and company retreats!

just stayed there last month with my family. Place is nice, clean, and have enough space for all of us. The only down point would be staffs. They are helpful, but only after we asked. Blanket were never prepare enough for us at the Pool (for all 3 days we were there), no smile were given (maybe just a little), we dont usually see them around the house (need to be call usually), and stuff like that. I wouldn;t mine if i haven’t stayed in other villas before and see the differences. other than this, it was a good weekend for our family, and we had a good time.

“A great place in every way”
First off – the staff – Oui and Air in particular – were excellent and made our stay a 5 star experience. Staff were always eager to help and unobtrusive in cleaning/attending to our needs. We booked the villa for an extended family holiday in April (4D/3N) with 10 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 toddlers. 6 rooms with a pre-teen/teen bunk bed/play room meant that our stay was not crowded at all.Food was cooked by an excellent chef and meals were planned on request every day. The infinity pool and nearby beach were a delight for the teenagers and children. The snooker table was very welcome as well. For the more game-minded, there was an Xbox as well as a DVD player (limited selection so best bring your own).
The heat was oppressive outside but the fans and air conditioning made it very pleasant indoors. Combined with the pool and sea breeze, it meant that avoiding the heat and humidity was not a problem. For the adults – there were spa sessions, massage sessions as well as the option to go nearby islands. The house also comes with kayaks and canoes and life jackets if you want to go into the sea at the house itself. Oh yes – the house also comes with an extensive array of pool toys and floats so there’s no real need to bring your own kids’ stuff.
There is an outside canvas covered area (a verandah) for outside dining with a grill/BBQ/outside bar if you wish. We didn’t make use of it as it was too hot in the day and there was torrential rain in the evening but it would have been a welcome option otherwise. The only negative I have to report about our whole stay: mosquitoes. Even with insecticide and sprays and airconditioning the little buggers kept on infiltrating the villa. We reported this on our arrival so the staff doubled their efforts in spraying and swatting (particularly with this niftly little elective tennis racket) and although they couldn’t keep the villa free of it at least it was kept to a manageable level.

Ministry of Villas’ team recently inspected Villa Tievoli – and we’re in love!
Villa Tievoli is one of those villas with a real wow factor. It starts as soon as you walk in the door, as you’re immediately faced with full wall windows which overlook the pool… which is directly followed by the beach! Natai Beach is such a hidden gem and you’ll likely have it all to yourself.
This villa has amazing facilities. The kids’ bedroom is beyond adorable with a slide attached to the bunk beds and a kid sized toilet and shower. Everything is in superb condition and all the books and toys are brand new.
Next up, we need to talk about the spa – wow! This is not just a little massage room – this really is a private spa. There are salon facilities for hair treatments, an amazing selection of nail polishes as well as a sauna, steam room, two massage beds and a huge soaking tub. Pure bliss!
All the bedrooms are light and airy and beautifully styled. We loved the designer perfume bottles and other chic little touches. The images look great – but the villa is even more impressive in person.

“You won’t want to leave”
You literally, do not need to leave Villa Tievoli. Such a stunning, immaculate villa where attention has been given to everything. This was our second stay and we were finding it very hard to leave! Again, Oui and her team saw to every need.
The kids room is a fabulous area for the kids to retreat to, the slide is a bonus!
The addition of the Spa is heavenly. The treatments available and the wonderful therapists are in line, or even above some 5 Star Hotels. There are also mountain bikes to use which were great to hop on and explore the local area.
The best Thai food we have ever had, with an extensive menu to choose from.
The most comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, huge sofas to laze around on and watch the beautiful sunsets, fabulous outdoor entertaining area.
You can only come away from your stay, wishing you were going back…..soon.

Wow, Wow and triple wow !
This was our second stay and like a good red wine improves with age. The amazing staff remember your names and requests from our previous stay ! The overall layout is suited for relaxed luxury with every touch considered. The in house spa, hair salon and cool kids room (complete with a slide) is world class. The menu options available out do most of the surrounding 5 star hotel options. In addition the pool, bar and outdoor seating become the ” Hub” of your stay. In summary, you don’t have to leave as everything is all under one roof. Book it. And you will not be disappointed.

Luxurious experience
I rented Tievoli, Aqua, and Amarelo for my group of 35 people for my destination wedding. I couldn’t be more excited when I first arrived the villa. It was exactly the same as what I’ve been seeing from photo and beyond. Ceiling was higher than I had imagined. Everything looks clean and brand new. My family and friends were more than impressed. My cousin was too excited that she jumped and broke her bone (I am not joking…she has her cast on her leg now)! Food, massage, service, and everything else were just perfect. I give myself a pat on the back for choosing the perfect villas for my wedding:) Just wanted to mention that I think only the master bedroom has a safe box. 2 people from my group had lost and later one found their valuable after mentioning to the staffs. I don’t know enough to make any judgement but it wouldn’t had happened if they had put it in the safe box.
