Centrally located in Seminyak, Lataliana Villas is made up of two standalone villas: Lataliana Villa One has five bedrooms and Lataliana Villa Two has two bedrooms. There’s also a one-bedroom annexe, which combined gives you an eight-bedroom combination. Each of the villas is private and self-contained, with its own swimming pool and living areas, so they can also be rented separately.
Style and Design

Lataliana Villas is built from locally sourced materials and the estate feels unmistakably Balinese. At Lataliana, you truly feel like you’re experiencing Bali at its finest.

Walking through Lataliana Villa’s tropical gardens feels like stumbling through a fairy tale: lagoon swimming pools, thatched roof bales, traditional Joglo pavilions, tropical trees and fragrant flowers… “Bliss” is the word that most comes to mind.

Bedrooms
Now on to the sleeping arrangements. Lataliana Villa One has five bedrooms. All bedrooms are located on ground level, but they are well separated, so there is a great sense of privacy when you need it. For smaller groups, Lataliana Villa Two houses two beautifully appointed bedrooms.
The bedrooms in both villas are oh-so dreamy, especially the master bedrooms. That’s perhaps the best thing about staying in a luxury villa: your own space! In the case of Lataliana Villa, the bedrooms are better than most five-star suites. Canopy beds, 1,000-thread count linen, terrazzo bathtubs… you get the idea. The master bathroom deserves a special mention as it looks like set design from ‘Sex and the City’.
Staff and Services
Bali was officially crowned the best destination on the planet by Traveller.com.au in 2017. A lot of that has to do with the beaches, the rice fields, the temples and the spas… and then there are the people. A stay at Lataliana Villa will give you a grand introduction to the famous Balinese hospitality you’ve heard so much about.
The Lataliana estate has a staff of 22, so you really don’t need to lift a finger while staying here. The team is led by a villa manager on-call 24 hours a day. The villa is staffed with butlers, housekeepers and security guards watching over the estate 24/7, which adds to the peaceful ambiance.
Besides providing maintenance and security, Lataliana Villas’ staff are focused on pampering guests on an epic scale. We are happy to report that the massage treatments are blissful and the food is beyond delicious.
Dining at Lataliana Villas
Lataliana Villas is surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Bali (the fabulous Chez Gado Gado is a short stroll), but dining-in at your private villa is an even better dining experience.
Two chefs can whip up amazing flavours from the villa’s international and Indonesian menus upon request. Lataliana’s in-villa barbecues are an event onto themselves and a yummy daily breakfast is included in the rates.
Weddings and Celebrations
Though it’s a fabulous place to stay on a regular old Tuesday, Lataliana Villas is also a fantastic option for hosting a birthday celebration or marking a special occasion in Bali. The setting is beyond beautiful and the staff will really make you feel like royalty. And let’s face it – a grand piano will just add that certain something to any soiree.
Lataliana is also great for celebrations thanks to the flexible number of rooms. Finding a large villa in central Seminyak can be a real mission and Lataliana Villas is likely to be the answer to your prayers. When you book the whole estate Lataliana Villas can sleep up to 16 adults and 7 kids in eight bedrooms.
If you’re arriving with a bigger party still (and you very well might, as the villa can host events for up to 75 guests), not to worry. Additional guests can be accommodated at Lataliana’s sister property Villa Kubu with free transport provided between the two properties. The drive between Lataliana Villas and Villa Kubu takes just under 10 minutes.
Setting and Location
Besides the beautiful facilities and five-star service, Lataliana Villa offers a central location that’s hard to beat. Lataliana is located in the heart of Seminyak, just 300 metres from Seminyak Beach. A perfect day here might start with breakfast in bed, followed by a poolside brunch at Cocoon beach club, followed by lunch at the fabulous Chez Gado Gado, all capped off with sunset drinks on the colourful bean bags of La Plancha. No shoes? No problem, as all of these venues are dotted right along the beach and walking distance from Lataliana.
If the tropical heat starts getting to you, Lataliana Villas also offers a complimentary shuttle service within the Seminyak area. If you’re feeling a bit more athletic, free bicycles are also available.
Despite the central-as-can-be location, Lataliana Villas feels like a remote jungle hideaway with the villas wrapped inside tropical gardens right in the heart of Seminyak.
