Hidden done the lane off the main street near Bintang Supermarket is the famous Villa Kubu. With it’s 17 individually designed villas it has been around for years and has a great reputation. We were invited to stay here one night and I can assure you things is nowhere near enough time.

The check-in at Villa Kubu was smooth sailing. When you arrive you spend no more than 2 minutes in reception and then you are shown your villas. They take care of the check-in process and talking a copy of your passport in the villa. Plus they give you the space to sit down and just relax before you are given a welcome drink.

Yes, Villa Kubu is up there withe the fastest villas in Bali. The speed was 30mbps compared to many other villas that struggle to have 2mbps. These days it’s vital for some guests to have fast Wi-Fi and Villa Kubu certainly does deliver.
The interior design
Each of the villas have the same furnishings and colour tones. The villas have been well thought out and are very comfortable.
