Almerya Estate Living
Almerya Estate follows the layout of a Balinese compound, with rooms divided into multiple pavilions scattered amid luscious gardens. The estate is made up of two villas located side by side: Almerya and Palmerya, each with its own lounge area and swimming pool. This layout makes it easy for everyone to spend time together as a group but also allows people to split up into smaller groups or even enjoy some alone time when needed.
Living Room
The living room in Villa Almerya is the social hub of the villa. This beautiful pavilion is crowned by a stunning joglo ceiling complete with ornate carvings that lend the space a near regal air. A grey modular sofa sits at the centre of the room, inviting everyone in for a cosy chat while gazing out to the pool. There are a couple of sofas out on the terrace too where you can really soak up the tropical ambiance. Villa Palmerya also has a relaxed seating area positioned on a shady terrace by the pool – the perfect spot for a round of drinks with your crew.
Dining Room
The main pavilion houses a beautiful timber dining table surrounded by generous benches and stools – the perfect setup for relaxed family style meals. A generously sized kitchen sits behind a glass partition wall. There’s also a smaller, more intimate dining area in Villa Palmerya, along with a fully equipped kitchen.
Garden & Pool
Almerya Estate makes it very easy to enjoy Bali’s summertime bliss to the fullest. The property has two gorgeous swimming pools: one is a whopping 18 metres long while the other is a more petite, seven metre number. There are sunbeds by the pools where you can perfect your Bali tan, while the ample terraces invite guests to relax in the shade. The whole property is enveloped in tropical greenery, creating the feel of a rare and remote oasis.
Almerya Estate Bedrooms
Almerya Estate features six bedrooms. The bedrooms capture the tropical feel of Bali with their mix of timber and pure white. All rooms are adjoined by lovely ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms are divided across two villas with four rooms in Villa Almerya and two rooms in Villa Palmerya.

The first bedroom is located in Villa Almerya, occupying a pavilion that gazes over the main pool. The room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, wardrobes, and a lovely little terrace. The ensuite bathroom is nice and spacious and features double showers, dual vanities, and a separate toilet.

Almerya Estate Layout
Almerya Estate consist of two villas located side by side. Villa Almerya features a large living and dining room, four bedrooms, and an 18-metre-long swimming pool. Villa Palmerya features a smaller living and dining area, two bedrooms, and a seven-metre-long swimming pool.
Almerya Estate Staff
Your stay in Almerya Estate is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Almerya Estate’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
Almerya Estate’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Almerya Estate is located on the Bukit peninsula in Bali, Indonesia. This vibrant district is the centre of surf culture in Bali, with the villa located just 5-10 minutes from Bingin Beach. There are plenty of trendy cafes and fabulous restaurants dotted throughout the area, ranging from relaxed local eateries to fine dining. Famous clifftop venues like El Kabron and Single Fin are about 10-20 minutes away. The majestic Uluwatu Temple is about 15 minutes away.
