Two Bedroom Pool Villa
There are 6 two bedroom pool villa at Amadea Villas which have been designed to offer supreme comfort and relaxation without compromising on privacy. The villa is perfect for a family of up to four adults and two kids seeking fun times together in Bali. The villa, decorated in elegant interiors and natural colour furnishings attempts to offer a luxury stay blending typical Balinese open-plan designs.
The villa comprises of a master suite pavilion and a living and dining pavilion with a 10 metre swimming pool in the center. The master suite has floor to ceiling glass windows that open directly onto the beauty of the pool. It boasts of a king size bed, a classy wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with twin vanity, a large bathtub and a shower. The guest bedroom is located on the upper floor of the villa with twin beds or a king size bed. The bathroom has a semi-outdoor bathing area with a large tub, a shower cubicle, a dressing room and twin vanity. Each bedroom also has a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also another single room adjoining the bedroom with a single bed and trundle.
The upper floor has an additional leisure lounge or annexe with a trundle bed which can be used as an additional bedroom. The open plan living and dining area has a large L-shaped sofa and a six seater dining table. A 42” flat screen TV and DVD player will make sure that you have an amazing movie viewing experience on your holiday. A modern kitchen equipped with all essential appliances like gas, stove, fridge, microwave and cutlery is positioned at one end of the dining room.
Four Bedroom Pool Villa
The resort only has the 1 four bedroom villa and is perfect for large families and can easily accommodate up to ten adults and two kids. The villa comprises of four bedrooms, a living and dining area, a kitchen, an annexe lounge, and an entertainment room with home theatre system. The entertainment room with en-suite bathroom can be used as an additional bedroom. The villa also has a private 13 metre swimming pool for you to make the most out of your Bali holiday.
Each bedroom at the four bedroom villa is spacious and equipped with a king size bed or twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with luxury amenities. Three bathrooms have a large bath tub while the fourth has a luxury walk-in shower cubicle. All rooms are fully air conditioned and have flat screen TVs with DVD player. The living and dining area is similar to the two bedroom villa with a L-shaped sofa, a 42” flat screen TV, an 8-seater dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.
The villa resort has interconnected doors and pathways which means that guests can combine accommodation options to suit their requirement. Large families and groups can stay close to each other by renting a combination of villas and suites.

Great location, within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The place is lovely, and staff were generally friendly. There were super cute towel origami animals on our beds every day. Just expect service at a resort style villa to be a bit less personal than an independent villa!
The free yoga class was also a great way to start the day!

Secluded Place, Enormous Bedrooms and Fantastic Location!
We stayed at the two bedrooms Amadea Villas for a couple of days, and had an amazing rest! To start with, our bedroom (on the second floor) was enourmous with beautiful semi-open en-suite bathroom (where I was watching stars while soaking in a bathtub) and a tiny balcony overlooking the private pool. Once you close the villa’s entrance door, you feel yoursef in the private secluded oasis, far away from the hustle-and-bustle of the Eat Street (Oberoi).
Two steps away from the property, and you appear at the main street with full range of entertainmnet, shopping and dining options. And, finally, what I loved the most about the villa, were their delicious freshly baked croissants, danishes and muffins (different each day) for the breakfast.

The location of the Amadea Villas is fantastic!
You are right in the heart of Seminyak walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, spas and there is even a supermarket just up the road. The villas are comfortable, fully enclosed and have a simple yet modern finish. If you are looking for a property that is close to the action yet away from the noise then this is it!

“Can’t fault it”
After travelling and volunteering in Cambodia and Thailand my brother and I were looking for a nicer place to relax for our last few days of our trip. Although Amadea was bit more expensive it was in the idea location and it was a resort rather than a hotel.
We arrived to about 40 different welcomes from the staff. The rooms were perfect and spacious. Our room was on the second level over looking the pool. Our aircon stopped working on the second night and we were moved almost instantly at 10.30pm to an upgraded and cool room! The buffet breakfast is awesome.
The #1 thing that I loved about Amadea however is the staff. The pool, rooms and breakfast are all soooo good but the staff are amazing. Everyone is light hearted and friendly. Customer satisfaction is defiantly the best thing about our stay and our reason for coming back!

“Great Value Excellent Location”
The Amadea Resort is a small boutique hotel in the heart of Eat St in Seminyak. We stayed in a Superior room which was adequate. The bed was very comfortable and large, the bathroom was really nice. The staff at the Amadea are really helpful and friendly. The hotel had a quiet relaxed feel about it and we really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was included at the Restaurant on the main St and it was fine. I would definitely stay here again, great value for money in the best location. We had a quick look inside one of the Villas and it looked amazing.

“Great stay in Seminyak”
Loved this hotel. Stayed here for 11 nights and didn’t want to leave. Centrally located. great food, friendly and professional staff and everything else you could wish for at a good price. Special mention to Tude (great cocktails) along with Dewa and Ella who all provided the shining service at the Pool Bar. Also thanks to Ekka, the front desk staff and all the other staff for their helpful and friendly attitudes. I intend to stay here again.

“Small budget, big benefits!”
My boyfriend and i stayed here for 8 nights in mid february 2014 and were extremely pleased with the polite and welcoming nature of the amadea resort itself, as well as the staff.
There was never anything that was out of reach for the staff here. Always willing to help us out with whatever we needed, from retrieving pool towels to aiding the cancellation of lost credit cards, they were always exceeding our expectations with a big smile on their faces.
The room we stayed in was a superior room and this was great for the price we payed. It was equipped with a large tv and dvd player which we used almost every day. A short walk to the main street yet shielded from the noise.
According to our experience, the resort had one minor pitfall which was the other guests situated on our floor. We would hear them coming home at all hours of the morning, slamming doors and talking loudly. Although this interrupted some nights sleep, it was not a major issue. If you are going to stay at the amadea, make sure to bring some ear plugs and that should do the trick :)
our favourite experience was coming home to a clean room in the afternoon and finding a new towel sculpture made by the cleaner Cossa. what a great talent he had! we got swans, elephants and turtles. a small gesture that went a long way with us

“Lovely place and very central…”
Currently laying by the pool after a very relaxing few nights at the Amadea in Seminyak. I’m finding it very hard to fault this place, value for money is excellent.
The location is perfect, you are right on the Main Street in a very central location. The rooms / main part of the hotel is set back from the street so it is very quiet. They have golf style carts to wisk you back and forth if needed… Some reviews mention the distance the rooms are set back but really it is only a two minute casual stroll if you feel like walking as we often did.
The staff are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The rooms are modern, tidy and spacious with decent WiFi throughout.
Bistro Batu Kali located on the street in front is affiliated with Amadea and does the breakfast buffet which is OK with a good selection / variety.

“Best Place We Have Ever Stayed”
We just left Amadea today and arrived at a 5 star resort in Nusa Dua. We should never have left! The staff at Amadea are exceptional, we have never experienced service quite like this. Everyone was genuine and are always finding ways to make our stay even better. Each and every staff member spoke english and were very approachable.
The reception helped organise everything for us, from day tours and drivers to setting our room up for our anniversary. My wife an I ordered room service just now from our Nusa Dua Hotel and we couldn’t help but remissness the room service and restaurant at Amadea.
Will definitely return again and will recommend to everyone. Also if your after a driver we had Yoga, he was fantastic and made for one of the best days we have had in Bali so far.
